did not mention the lead time on the order page, and charged for quick delivery

More than helpful to deal with

Prompt, though rather expensive, shipping. Product details and photos on website are very minimal. I had to confirm correct specifications by finding the product in the manufacturer's catalog. Lots of Progressive Hardware inventory available.

Product was described in their description correctly and precisely. The shipping was timely. Everything worked perfectly.

So came from a different website trying to shop for a part that was never delivered to me, I paid 20 something for shipping and then I am told I have to go look for it at a different location, wasting my time and gas on these days, and after placing my order here, must have been minutes after placing it got confirmation that had been shipped with that company that lost my 370 $ something package, I contacted someone at crafmaster asking them I wanted to cancel and all I got was we cannot do anything order is on it's way and can't recall the strange part is after 4, 5 days package was 2 stops to be delivered and decided to check via mail when I got a surprise that they can recall packages even when they don't have it because that is what I was told and they would need to wait for the package to get to their warehouse to check something so I can get my refund, please don't waste your time or anybody's if you are not responsible or honest

Billing address needs to be editable. There's a name on my Bill-To address that I have no idea who they are!

They advertised product they did not have in stock, then they accused me of engaging in credit card fraud and they wanted a copy of my utility bill to prove my address. When I told them to just cancel my order, they said they did so, but then they did not reverse the charges or issue a refund, even after several emails. I ended up resolving this by disputing the charges through my card issuer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Easy ordering, quick shipping

It came to me in the time frame that was promised, but I will say you need to read what item your buying very close, I was ordering key to a v69 combo lock, and I got locks instead, so I had to replace the order again hopefully it is the key itself. And not just the locks. Thank you. It's great product no matter what you buy.
