Compare Power (Best Energy Plans) Reviews 

Precious was the person who helped us and she was patient, polite and extremely kind. With people like Precious working with them I do not expect anything besides high reviews for them!

The website is user-friendly and there is a ease to comparing electric plans, but this is twice that I have used them to switch electric companies and for whatever reason the service address changes upon placing the order. This is absolutely inconvenient when you think that the service is connected to your address, but come to find out a day or two later that the electric company received a different address. There is a lot of work that has to go into shutting off the service at the wrong address and initiating the service at the correct address.

Making this service available to consumers is amazing!! With so many energy providers/vendors, it is a task to try to go through each one to find a good fit. Compare power's website is a one stop shop to not only research and compare vendors but to directly connect with them once you've found a good option for your household. Thank you and Kudos!

Made it very easy to compare and shop for great rates. Also the ability to add your usage made it more accurate to my needs. Fast and easy. Found a better price then i was currently paying.

I liked being able to enter my actual usage and compares rates to the plans available and check that way. If all I am shown is a bunch of lowest priced plans, that doesn't mean anything to me.

Setup new electricity service for a certain date, got confirmation via email as well, but then another email saying electricity setup was delayed by 5 days!!! Had to call the electricity provider to start the process over again! Frustrating

Compare Power provided info- on web and over phone- that I used to make a decision on which electric company to choose (4 Change Energy). In making this decision, I was advised to calculate my average 30 day usage to help determine appropriate plans. 4Change Energy did not fulfill my change request as I directed and have confirmation of thru Compare Power's site, causing me to incur fees and overcharges. My first billing cycle is calculated at 19 days at full rate per kh since I did not meet the minimum, that was based upon 30 days of use. I was also told by 4 Change that if I had contacted them by 11/13 I would have had more options. I did not receive the bill or any indication that the power was switched early, against my directives, until I received their bill on 11/26. 4 Change stated that was unfortunate for me. When I contacted Compare Power after learning this, I was told they would help me find another new company but not offer advice or assistance with the last company they referred me to. If you want a company that recommends reputable services and stands with you through the process they complete on your behalf, Compare Power is definitely not the service for you.
