DavidSW Reviews

David and Chris are hands down the best! Incredible customer service, responsiveness, and best selection of watches anywhere. Customer for life here. Thank you!!

Great transaction. Quick shipping with no issues.

I have bought from Davidsw on three occasions. On one occasion a watch arrived with a scratch on the bezel that wasn’t advertised, so I requested a refund. They granted the refund with no questions asked, which was appreciated. My other two purchases have been positive experiences as well. Both watches arrived in like new condition very promptly. I’ll expect I’ll buy from Davidsw again, when watches on their site catch my eye.

This interaction was above and beyond the Rolex AD I visited. The staff were attentive and genuinely interested in helping you find the watch for you, to the point of advising that I not settle. I was able to find a Rolex that I would have had to wait up to a year for. The salesman.Yessine, was knowledgeable and personable. I am now DavidSW family and will be returning for future purchases.

The watch was exactly as described and in terrific shape.

Great service

Great too deal with got my watch shipped the following day

Jakeel was so helpful and patient with my questions, my watch arrived super fast. As a long time collector i would recommend him and DavidSW to everyone who needs a great timepiece at a very competitive price. If you are looking for a special timepiece give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Amazing. Just had my second transaction with them. Crazy fast. Did exactly as promised at every step.

I recently purchased a brand-new Rolex 136668LB Deepsea 18K Yellow Gold from DavidSW, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.

I worked directly with John French, who was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely easy to deal with throughout the transaction. I wired the funds on September 28th, and incredibly, I had the watch delivered to me by 12:00 PM the very next day. For a high-value purchase like this, that level of efficiency and service is impressive.

The watch arrived exactly as described, brand new, perfect, and exactly what I was expecting. Everything from the communication and payment process to shipping and delivery was seamless.

When you're making a significant purchase like a solid-gold Rolex, trust and confidence in the seller are extremely important. John and DavidSW delivered both. I never felt anything but completely comfortable throughout the transaction.

A huge thank you to John French for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience. I couldn't be happier with the watch or the service, and I would absolutely purchase from DavidSW again.

Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Excellent product as always, I have a few years buying products from DavidSW. He is Top of the line in this business that's my humble opinion.

Product and service was phenomenal! Delivery time was overnight and exceeded my expectations. DavidSW really understands the customers and how anxious they are to get the watch in their hands from purchase to delivery!

Not interested in writing anything

Mark was great to deal with, answered all my questions is very knowledgeable, told me after I purchase the watch it would be at my doorstep the next and that’s exactly what happened, arrived exactly as described. Overall everything was extremely easy, precise and fast.

The watch was just as described. It was packaged very well and shipping was quick. No interest financing is also a no brainer. Chris Modeste sent me pictures of multiple watches before I purchased and was available to answer all my questions throughout. I would prefer to do business with DavidSW over another company in the future.

It was the perfect birthday gift for my husband. A very swift and fast delivery also.

Lightning fast shipping, and just as fast with communication. Also, they sized my bracelet before getting it out the door.
