Attempted to book my desired room and location and was repeatedly told there was no availability for my chosen dates. After calling many times and dates I finally told them to give me the next available and it didn’t matter to me when that was and they put me on hold only to call me back and say that there was some type of glitch and that they couldn’t book any dates whatsoever at my desired location which they had advertised. I asked if there were ever going to be accommodations for the location and they couldn’t give me an answer except “I don’t know”! Absolutely a SCAM. Buyer Beware

Wish I had read more reviews from 2026! Their website has a lot of positive reviews from 2021...maybe things were different then. Thought this would be a really cool way to save some money--had no problems with the idea of a timeshare presentation. We honestly have thought about getting a timeshare since we like to travel so much. It will NOT be done through Booksi.
From the first phone call I had when them to verify my initial offer I should have known something was off. I got transferred to a really pushy agent. I kept, nicely, telling him I wasn't looking to spend an additional $1,000 on a vacation, I was looking to save some money on a hotel by booking this $40 deal. He said "did I say something to offend you?" By the end of the call he basically told me that since I wasn't upgrading, I'd not be in good hotel rooms and my dates wouldn't be guaranteed. Boy was he right.
When I went to book my actual stay, the Hyatt Place hotel from my initial deal wasn't available. No shocker, I decided to book at the La Quinta instead. The caveat is...you have to call someone to "confirm" your stay. What they mean is...another pushy agent (this one was far nicer until the end very end of the call but I could tell I bothered him by not agreeing to pay $300+ in cleaning fees and a $49 "activation" fee) will need to speak with you to tell you that you can't book that. I'm very frustrated but at least glad I'm only out the $39. I will honestly try at least one more time in the coming year to use this...but I do wish I had read more reviews and did my due diligence. I loathe speaking on the phone and you have to do a lot of it with this company.

I haven't actually stayed at my booking yet. But I have tried to call the numbers I was given to ask questions about my accommodations and it's like they have blocked my number. Every time I try to call, my call ends. This is disturbing. They were upfront about having to attend a presentation but I'm ok with that. I have done that with other programs. But not being able to get anyone on the phone is disturbing.

False advertising, fraud and hidden fees out the ass. This company needs to be shut down and every customer needs to have full refunds provided.

Every time I try to book dates it is always full it is impossible to get three days together. No wonder we get 18 months to book a date. I hope to be more successful in the near future 😫

Okay so things are not explained correctly. I bought the package with my dates chosen. It allowed me to purchase with these dates. I was then told that these dates were not available. I have to wait 3 weeks later. So whatever, I booked the trip. I'm the account holder but it put my friend that is going with me as the main person.
I have been on hold over 30 min before I got a response from an agent.
I always wanted to do this and I'm not saying it's going to be a bad trip as I haven't went yet, but this has been a huge headache so far.
Edit* they didn't even book me into the resort I wanted. 🤦🏻♀️
Stay away from Booksi !!!
I talked to 4 different people to finalize my reservation .
“YOUR DESTIN, FL RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETE. “
“Your room at the Hyatt Place Sandestin in Destin, FL is currently on hold. However, to finalize your floor preference and prevent automatic release by our system, a live agent must verbally confirm your details.”
One guy hanging up on me after I told him I don’t want anything extra, so I called again and third agent transferred me to a supervisor who was very rude and unprofessional and sounds like that guy from movie “ BEEKEEPER “ -which is no surprise,
tried again pushing me for upgrades which I refused and told me that I have to pay taxes and resort fees which I not agreed because part of booking fee stated clearly taxes and fees are included in paid BOOKING FEE !!!
It’s WASTING OF MY TIME !!!
I requested refund but they only refunded booking fee and optional protection fee but didn’t refund optional breakfast fee !!!

Thank you Victor for the 411 provided in ur very well written review. I don't appreciate being lied to by some company trying to get me to buy a timeshare! That's ridiculous & the messed up thing about that is I really thought I was going to stay at the Paris hotel & casino. I should've known me and my mom got scammed for $50 bucks but we got a food voucher for $75 & x2 shows for free for going to our time share presentation. That was legit the only thing that sucked was we were promised 3 days 2 nights to come back to Vegas whenever we wanted. That was a big lie I'm still trying to book it.

I went through the whole process and was confirmed for my date, had a friend do the same and we would stay at the hotel, when we got to the hotel that night, there was no rooms reserved and we had to scramble to find a suitable affordable hotel. They didn't want to refund my friend and I had to call Monster to get my money back. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Awesome pools, awesome balcony rooms and clean. Great experience and can’t wait to come again!!
They were happy to tell me that they would offer a vacation in Sedona with no strings attached which then I was told to wait and with no hesitation transfered to another number which I was transfered to do upgrades. They transfered me many times which the next person over didn't knew who the other person was who got transferred. The last window that I visited for the booking told me that I only had 90% done and I needed to call. By this time I've already sent them money through for booking not only to let me know that that was not for the actual booking of the room but for a time share presentation that I needed to attend not in the beginning or departure of said room. For this I needed to make 50k or more for a presentation. If I didn't needed to buy anything, why would they need all the info that just acquired? See how that smells, sounds, and looks like a bait and switch scam? Don't ever use booksi as it's parent company is monster reservations group. Don't give any money to them!

I paid 86 dollars for a trip to Cancun. When I called to reserve it they had the audacity to want 350 dollars for the hotel to hold the room. It was supposed to be the flat 86. The promo for Las Vegas is a scam. It supposed to be 39 dollars for 4 nights. Las Vegas charges 39 dollars for each night you stay. I bet they don't tell you until you are ready to book. Stay away from this fake website

Their free gift is deceiving. I paid for a Hawaii stay and even extended 1 night. My reservation was confirmed on the Booksi website but I needed a final comfirmation from another company- Monster . I was told by this company that since I live in NV, I can’t choose Hawaii. I tried to get a refund but haven’t heard from them.

Booking to Karma Lake of Menteith was cancelled by themselves as because my husband died in February it went against their policy as I was now classed as single so they cancelled and BOOKSI would refund full payment. I’ve had nothing with them claiming they made the payment on 22nd July but my account was closed on 5th July and therefore if payment made it would have bound back to their finance department. To date I am getting the same broken record of we’ve paid it end off. They have given a ARN number but us that even real as when I contacted old back who made attempts to check they were unable as the account was closed on 5th and any correspondence would have bounced back. I have expressed how distressing I am finding this all due to the sad passing of my husband and they then cancelling a break that I was going on with my husband but they just keep fobbing me off. I have given my new bank details but they now ignoring my emails to get this resolved and refund me the £84 that is owed to me. This is a terrible company.
UPDATE: Booksi’s response below is completely false. My old bank have now formally confirmed TWICE that no funds have been received. Because the account was fully closed weeks before Booksi claims they sent the money, the banking network automatically rejects it at the gateway. Booksi are holding onto my £84 and refusing to verify the account details they sent it to. I am now taking to Trading Standards.

I would avoid at all cost. It’s such an awkward and inflexible process. If you have loads of spare time that can fit into their schedule I’m sure you’ll get an ok deal. The sales person was helpful and assured us we would be able to find some book ins that were suited to our needs. Well in the two years I was trying we never really managed to get our free time and their availability to match. Was offered an extension for an extra £400 which I was puzzled about. It cost £255 to begin with so wasn’t really up for that. For our family this was basically £255 we could have bought some food for our house but may as well have thrown the money straight in the bin. Feel saddened by the whole process and unless you’re putting money their way they won’t help. If you have companies cold calling to ask about holidays I would now just avoid. I will call the company when I want to use them, end of. If a representative wants to contact me about trying to make this right I’ll speak to them to see what they offer. When they find out I don’t want to give them more money for nothing they will likely hang up. For now everyone, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

I would like to express my appreciation for the resolution of my recent booking reservation with Booksi. I extend a special thank you to Diana Law for her diligent follow-up and to Kino Williams for her understanding and prompt action in identifying a solution. The matter has been successfully resolved, and I am grateful for your assistance.
We just signed up a monthsgi. We called today ti change the city we originally paid for. The “salesman” as he called himself said he could change and thrn came back and said couldn’t and hung up. Very bizarre. Is this a scam or what? Why is there different priced when you log in versed searching and not logging in? Im getting charged every month fir what???

The people is what makes a vacation worth remembering.
I was told when booking a discounted two night's stay that I could use the voucher within a year on ANY 2 nights of my choice, INCLUDING weekends. I even spoke to a manager to make sure that this was the case. However, when I went to book, I found that I could only check in on a Thursday or a Sunday, not a Friday as I wanted. Beware of what they tell you on the phone, ask to see it in writing before you commit.

They lure you into a credit card payment, which they will only refund after you invest many hours of debate, talking with "Supervisors", who have no intention of helping...
