Avail seems like a new product. I really like the format of the leases and some of the other documents. They need to make it a little easier to find documents and edit leases/documents but overall it... See more

I am a landlord and when I couldn’t figure out something on the Avail app, I called them. What an awesome surprise when I only had to tap on one key and I was instantly connected to a real live person. They helped me with my issue and the call was over with in about two minutes. I recommend the Avail landlord app to anyone that wants actual customer service available to them and not some b.s. ai.

I was having difficulty logging on and paying my rent. Jose helped me navigate the problem. I love the fact you can call and speak to a human being. I am 80 years old so being able to call is extremely important to me. Thank you for great customer service.

Worst rent payment app ever. Constantly having problems with deposits not going through and having to pay more for late fees. The app is a joke and should be removed and everybody fired.

My experience was GREAT because I was able to speak with a live person on the phone. Often it is difficult to express in writing with chat what a problem is and becomes more confusing when trying to put things in written form.

I am very frustrated with avail because I made an edit to allow pets and this information along with some other changes I made are NOT propagating to the other sites. And I paid $94 to boost the listing. Hopefully Zillow makes up for the money I wasted

On Aug 31st, when paying for my credit report, there was a blatant malfunction and I was charged twice. It's now Sep 4 and I've still not been refunded and despite going back and forth with customer service and showing screenshots of the double charge, they're still doing nothing. Unacceptable. It's a sign of an irresponsible company.

I recently signed up to use Avail to simplify my overall rental management. I listed one property with them to see how it works, and was initially pleased with the ease of use in building a lease (this unit was already rented). But as I went into the payment portion it fell apart. What makes it worse is the Customer Support who I believe says what they need to in an attempt to appease.
My renter, who I know well, scheduled her first rent payment to be taken from her account on 8-31. On 8-31 Avail asks for information to prove the account and account owner, which was sent back on the same day, with a confirmation email that the info was received. Nothing happens after this, my renter checks her dashboard and it shows that her payment is now scheduled to come out of her account on 9-2, so she calls to tell me if this unknown delay. I check my portal and see that it won’t leave her account until 9-4 and will not be in my account until 9-10. No other info had been requested or shared by Avail. I call Customer Service and was advised that the payment is delayed a day for everyday the requested info is late…until ut is received, as they see on their end it hasn’t been submitted. I call my tenant who send a me the confirmation email from 8-31. So I call back and get a different Customer Service rep, who was nice, but stated some of the similar info the previous rep said, until u share that I have the confirmation email. She tells me that email is from a 3rd party verification company they use and it isn’t from Avail so it doesn’t matter much. She checks and says they received all info needed and the process to verify started on 8-31 and wasn’t completed yet. This is a different story from what was shared previously by the initial rep. But it now has been transferred to someone else and they have no idea when it will be completed or when I can expect the rent to be in my account.
This is the best they can do…say whatever is necessary to appease you and give you nothing. U am sure my Mortgage Company is going to laff and say it is ok to pay whenever I can! Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and misinformation by doing business elsewhere. As I type this I am searching for another option before they pull the money from my tenants account because I know they will be full of all kinds of excuses/reasons why they can’t refund in a timely manner.

My Account was locked for serval weeks. It took more than 10 days to get each email response. Phone call can't reach the right person. Very un-professinal. But customer service is nice; even all they could do is to forward the message to the right Dept. Also, don't feel comfortable for the ID verify processes. Real ID, real picture taken;SSN number and ownership Document. All those left to so un-professional agent made me feel real unsafe.

This company does not have its act together! They make it so difficult to list a rental! I usually use Zillow or Turbo Tenant which I would rate highly and easy to use! Avail wanted to know everything about me, like I was getting a security clearance to work at the Pentagon! The only thing they did not ask me for was my DNA. It’s interesting because this company is owned by Realtor.com you would think they would have a better process and be more user friendly.

Avail slow pays to get you to enroll in FastPay. This is not a good practice. If it wasn't for that, I would have given a 4 or 5. Otherwise a pretty good application.

Seamless. Easy to Use. And most importantly — adoption is easy for both the landlord and the tenant.

I am not an avail customer but I get constant emails from them about another person who shares my first and last name. I do not have an account of my own so I can't unsubscribe. I've been told by their customer service representatives that there is nothing they can do to not send me personal information for their client who I have never met. I have talked to their customer service representatives on phone and email many times and they refuse to fix the problem. They claim our emails being similar is the problem which makes no sense because no other company is sending me her emails. They should not be trusted with personal data as they are incompetent to keep anything private. I don't even know if this woman gets her own emails but I can't stop getting them until I block Avail.

I went through the process of adding my property, creating a new lease for a tenant, and setting up payments for my tenant. However, the next day they unexpectedly locked my account without notice of any kind (no email, no text, nothing). Had to call them to find out why. They claimed they needed to verify identify and property ownership and had to escalate the ticket to a verification process that I was told would take 72 hours! On top of if, my tenant was unable to make a payment while all of this was happening, even though they assured me that would not be the case. In short, @Avail, if you're going to require this kind of verification, do it at account creation and not behind my back the next day! My tenant was the one who told me she could not pay; embarrassing. Also, they really need help when it comes to this verification; there is no reason that it should take 72 hours when proof is sent almost immediately.

This company is a big racketeering fraud. This is probably a great way for people with money to pay rent. However, if you're like the millions of us barely scraping by in our MAGA world right now, it is a nightmare. They try to take rent out the day before it is scheduled to come out. This has happened several times. Which causes rent to bounce and then they conveniently get to attach more fees when this happens. Myself and four others are currently talking to a pro bono attorney office over the hardships you can understand this has caused so many of us. Millions of Americans in today's horrific economy are already struggling enough and this company is awful!

Filling out the application via cell phone is very cumbersome because when you have to enter the year you have to slide right one month at a time which absolutely makes no sense (2026-1958)!¿
My 2nd problem is that once I received my background check it all ended there with no further communication from either Avail or the Landlord. So I have absolutely no idea of my status. Even after trying to contact the future Landlord.

Went through the application process then they locked the account claiming they need more documentation. Sent the information but now they want me to resend it again. Have spent hours on hold. They have no customer service don't waste your time.
