Had a TV delivered by the on behalf of Costco, a van turned up outside front door, opened the door and I could hear people crashing about in the back of the van (they didn’t know I was waiting on the doorstep), eventually a older man and young lad emerged from the rear of the van. With a TV box with a large hole in the side, I could see them turn the box around to hide the damage. When they got to my door I question them about the damage, they said they’d checked and the TV was not damaged. Well an hour later I opened the box and directly where the hole in the box was there was a huge dent and a shattered TV screen. So you can imagine the inconvenience for me now having to organise a replacement which has taken almost two weeks. Finishing on a positive note the replacement TV was delivered by an alternative crew who were very good.

OK, the glasses are reasonably priced, but what you don’t see stated clearly is that you’ll be hit with import duties and a handling charge. You might think because the prices are in £sterling tax is paid but it is not. We ended up paying £40 on a pair of sunnies costing £130!!

Really poor experience, they use meet and greet companies that don’t look after your car, they lined us up with Rose parking at Heathrow. Now the car needs a respray, paint overspray or grinding dust imbedded in paint, apparently I should have taken time stamped photos before handing over to them.

Our car came back with overspray or grinding dust imbedded in the paintwork, they said I shouldn’t have washed the car and that for proof I should have had time dated photos prior to handling over to them. Local paint shop is suggesting a respray!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Our Halo gym just equipped itself with Spirit equipment, what a mistake it’s cheap rubbish with little or no functionality, no internet connection, no App to track your activity. I’m 5’8” and all the equipment seems to be very small, maybe made for Asians? My 6 foot friend can’t actually use some of the kit. Why the hell they swapped from Technogym god only knows( and the accountant!)
