Don’t believe the bad reviews! We’ve just experienced a seamless and excellent service with this company. I contacted (easily) the company to ask about stock levels and delivery times and their customer service was friendly and very efficient. I ordered the LG Montecarlo 4 chairs and table patio set on Monday and it was delivered with no bother on Friday. The patio set and umbrella are fantastic quality and very comfy. Such an excellent online experience.

Customer service (Samantha) at Tile Mountain is very good. Very responsive and efficient at dealing with enquiries and additions to orders. Very quick delivery times with pallets (although DHL smaller deliveries missed the delivery day).

Quick and easy to organise an EPC certificate. A reliable, efficient, friendly and responsive company to deal with.
