The portal was completed in the agreed on time. This is a 60 field database with strict requirements and search capabilities. After using it for 6 months, we found no data loss or other issues except a couple of typographical errors. The search functions work as specified.

The price is reasonable. I did not benefit from the insurance which is fortunate. No complaints. However after I bought the renewal plan, I got several reminders for me to renew. This shows your left hand has not been talking to your right hand.
