Generally, NetSol is just fine. I had a problem setting up DKIM and DMARC for my email, and the KnowledgeBase information did not match my user interface. I tried Chat Support, but it was useless. However, when I asked the AI to let me speak to a human, it put me through in seconds to Anish.

Anish instantly understood what I was trying to do, asked for two minutes to set it up, and came back and explained DNS propagation delay accurately!). And *poof* it was done! It would have taken me at least 15 minutes to set up all the records.

Assuming this works, working with Anish was an absolutely outstanding support experience.

After 30+ interactions with network solutions help experiences, I finally found a live agent who provided a solution to my problem. Well done. Too bad the rest of your company can't respond like you.

The two tech support ladies I spoke with were most knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my problem connecting with FileZilla. As it turns out, Network Solutions changed ftp hosts without telling anyone! That cost me $105.99 to find out. The ladies both get 5 stars but NS gets 1 star for lack of communication.

The AI agent was difficult to deal with and I would prefer not to do so in the future. However, working with Joel was great and he took care of all my concerns.
