Awesome customer service and upfront information
Quick management of the situation, awesome customer services and no shady retention tactics.
I needed to cancel a domain after the renewal invoice was generated so i couldn't do it on my own.
1 call no long waiting times to speak with a representative, less than 5 minutes (after starting the conversation with the guy) and DONE. that was it.

They are trying to bill me for services…
They are trying to bill me for services I didnt recieve and refuse to cancel. I requested that they cancel a SEO subscription that was not in service because I still did not have the site finished. I tried to contact them a week before the expiration of the 30 days trial however could not get through waiting too long.. to get through on the phone why don't they make it easy to cancel something you didn't want or request in the first place. The person that sold the service to me said if I didnt like or want it for any reason that I can cancel no problem. Well I requested that they cancel the following week and they refused to cancel claiming the date had past and want full payment for a year. Are you kidding me? Straight up scandulous low life move just cant make an honest dollar so you scam folks to pay you? Furthermore, my daughter purchased the domain for me and I had them put the domain in my name they have now removed my name from the purchase and have her name as the person that made trial period order. What kind of Low life move is that Donald is his name. trying to rip folks off?
Well this won't stop here if your supervisor or whoever is in charge wont correct this.

One of the Best people that i have received help with
I greatly appreciate the help that Renjie gave me today. I needed someone to get me from one plan to another.
She went above and beyond to help me and made me feel like I mattered to Ionos. This way I felt like I was not just another account number.
I know she cares because she will be monitoring my account to know when to end one plan and start the new account.
I do not know if anyone remembers when we each had our own personal consultant. I know that program is not there anymore, but if it were, I would want to have Renjie be my consultant (I know, she is in retention).
