Outstanding service from initial conversations about options and right through the entire trip. First class experience, Robyn our agent fully understood our needs, meticulously researched options and planned a trip that met and exceeded everything we could wish for. We were kept updated at all times and felt fully informed of requirements and travel info, etc. including a detailed doc folder containing everything we needed. The safari was an unforgettable experience, outstanding guide who was gave us a once in a lifetime trip. We cannot rate the overall trip, including 5 days in Zanzibar enough.

Rescheduled. Flu vaccine through the booking platform, got confirmation email but when I turned up I was not on the list, they had printed off the list and I was not showing - I had rescheduled on the day. They then said they could add me to a new list and I would be seen, I had to wait 45 mins for the appt. Shambles, who works off printed lists these days. Will never use again.

Great communication throughout the process from the resolution handler. The engineer Melissa was excellent, polite and professional, clearly explaining the processes to be undertaken, ensuring everything fully understood before leaving the premises.

Quick response from email regarding non communicating smart meters

Large items delivered straight into my hallway, keeping socially distanced at all times. Polite and professional throughout.
