TRR should offer customer service training to other companies.
I have *never had transaction with any TRR CSR that was not efficient, careful, thorough and patient even when I contacted the company more than once with different questions.
In my opinion, the CSRs not only are well trained they are pleasant a d welcoming no matter what the issue.
