Poor customer service. Do not recommend. I have ordered my car parts as I need to repair my car. They should arrive between 2-4 days. When I asked where is my order I was said they should arrive between 2-6 days (not what they said on my order confirmation). No communication with me about the progress with my order until I start to ask about it, but even though they still didn’t sorted out my problem. It’s 9 days already and I am still waiting for my parts (no apologies, no solution). Quality of service shocking so far. I have purchased 1st time through them and probably the last time as I don’t trust their service. This is not how you build a customer trust.

Printer is good but I was mislead to buy additional ink with the wrong number so I have waisted my money. The purchase was done on recommendation by currys website

The jacket is perfect for winter sports. I have tested in Finland, skiing with the temperature -2 degrees and it was absolutely great keeping me warm and dry

I like the quality however sizes are slightly bigger than normal size. Recently purchased few items and happy with it

Not worth of trust.
We have ordered our parcel. They tried to deliver it when we weren't at home. No card left, no info about how to reschedule delivery. On theirs website was error. No option to reschedule. They have tried to deliver again in the morning. Complete ignorance. People working these days. Customer unfriendly service. No chance to be delivered over the weekend. I will never use them to deliver any of my parcel. Unfortunately some companies decided to trust them. They really should consider that if they don't want to have damaged reputation because of the delivery company who delivers theirs items don't care about customers. This is not about whole DHL. This is about DHL UK Mail/ UK parcels.
