I had a debt which the original company wouldn’t set up a payment plan. These guys got involved and the debt was cleared in 6 months. There was no problem with setting up a plan, and was treated with courtesy and respect. One phone call, with no nasty treats, which is very unusual and they were very easy to deal with.

Quickly delivered and communication good

This company is fantastic. It allows you to choose between different payment options and duration of loan. You are notified 3-5 days before the payment is due. Early loan payoff is also available without being charged. My only niggle is you could do with a longer payment option on more expensive items.

They have reduced the amount of money per week that you can play with. This is their decision and not yours. This has reduced the amount of time you can play. This means that you cannot play how you wish. Wins are now few and far between as I’ve been reduced from £500 per week to £50. This has made a huge difference on what you can win, and how you can play. Avoid at all costs.

Used Openpay several times. Each time you choose your preferred payment amount and preferred length of loan. You can pay loans off earlier without any penalties. Cannot fault this company. Thank you Openpay UK.
