Didn’t receive a reminder email for the reorder. Actually ran out of respiomat - none for two days

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry to hear you did not receive reminder as usual.
We dispatched your parcel on the 28th and this is showing as delivered in your safe place, please check this, the tracking information will provide an image of where the parcel has been left.
From checking, reminders have been set incorrectly on your account which seems to have caused an issue with you not receiving the usual reminders.
I have now removed the incorrect dates and set a new date of when you will be next due, the reminders should then start to work as normal again.
