Could not understand telephone caller…
Could not understand telephone caller who phoned about delivery & had to use chat on e-mail. Little or no explanation wit delivery people. Seemed rushed to get away.

The person who called actually knew what he was doing. He is by far the best person I have have seen over the 5 years I have had my Hearing Aids.
