Ripped off for over £40 for weekly train ticket. Logged on to my account and was told no bookings activate. Chased up with their senior manager and was told issue was not on their side. Now lost over £40 which I won't get back. Stay clear of them is my advice. Just received email back saying here are agents contact details. They obviously didn't properly read my review as I said senior had already made a decision regarding not giving me a refund!

Bought this posted to my address in UK. Was told just turn on when you reach Tunisia. Now going into third day been told to adjust network settings etc all of which is going over my head. Now gave up will buy a SIM in Tunisia. Wouldn't recommend.
Update -Sim now working but still wouldn't recommend. Too much back and forth last thing I need on holiday is stress.

Dear Marc Mcpike,
We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced getting your SIM working in Tunisia.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting the SIM to work by simply switching it on, only to then spend several days adjusting settings and going back and forth with support. That is especially stressful when you are on holiday and simply want everything to work without extra effort.
We’re glad to hear that the SIM is now working, but we also completely understand why the experience has still left you disappointed. The setup process should have been clearer and easier from the start, and we appreciate you taking the time to update your review.
Your feedback is important to us, particularly around the instructions provided before travel and the amount of troubleshooting required after arrival. We will share this with the relevant team so we can improve the experience for future travellers.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused during your trip.
Took out policy by mistake.cancelled 20 minutes later. No way of phoning them, emails keep bouncing back and online chat is unavailable. Think it's safe to say I won't be receiving a refund. Stay clear as there is no way of contacting them.

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties you have experienced when trying to contact us.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the communication issues you encountered with our emails and online chat. Regarding your refund query, please be advised that if a policy is cancelled once cover has already started, the full premium remains due and no refund can be provided.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this overall experience has caused you. If you need any further information regarding your account, please let us know.
Was recently ripped off purchasing a gift card for bolt through topcashback. Tried to use it in Malta and was told only available to use in Bucharest which is strange. I continue to contact topcashback only to be told wait for bolt to contact you. Been back from holiday over 2 weeks now. Personally I would avoid at all costs. I certainly won't be buying any more gift cards from them.

Hi Marc,
We are sorry to hear of your frustration and if you could please reach out to us at contact@topcashback.co.uk we can check in with our team to see what's happening with this.
Absolutely a nightmare today. Received email saying trainers would be delivered Friday (not even dispatched until Friday) received Mon with the security tag still attached. Had to remove with a pair of pliers. Been getting passed back and forth all morning trying to submit a complaint!
Absolutely a nightmare of an app. Wasted 3 days sending countless different pics only to be kept being told we need more photos. Selling car is stressful enough without all the added hassle. Avoid! Ended up selling elsewhere.

Hi Marc,
Thanks for your review and we’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our photo requests. All of our photo requirements have been developed with dealerships to maximise offers and ensure a smooth collection experience.
As Motorway is an online marketplace that assists you in sourcing offers from dealerships across the UK, we help you to build an in-depth, professional, and standardised profile that displays the condition, history, and spec of your vehicle to UK dealerships.
Clear photos showing all angles of the car help buyers to make accurate remote appraisals, increase the offers you receive, and ensure offers are honoured on collection, with any issues taken into account in advance.
Regarding the additional photos we requested, unfortunately, some of the photos you had initially submitted didn't meet our buyer's requirements.
We will usually only request that photos are retaken if they don’t match the angles we request, cut off parts of the vehicle, are blurred, or are too small to be used to advertise your car, for example.
Whilst it's regrettable that your experience with Motorway was not more in line with our usual high standards of customer satisfaction, we’re pleased to hear you have now sold the vehicle via another means, and we wish you all the best going forward.
Nightmare trying to get through to them. Had to do a password reset and now lost my genius benifits and rewards. Trying to email them same generic email about supply pin numbers or booking numbers. My issue is my account not a booking. I cannot give you something i have not got.
