I was recommended to use Flowercard in order to express condolences to a very dear friend who has just lost her son
It certainly was easy to order up although I felt the cost was a little bit pricey but what I was very disappointed with was that the company had used Royal Mail to deliver the card at a cost of over £7 and when my friend was not in because she was at the hospital where her son had died instead of handing in such a time essential delivery as fresh flowers the Royal mail just left a card saying that they would deliver on the next working D which could've been Monday as the Royal mail has been very inconsistent with its delivery times lately
But what was unacceptable was that I had composed what I thought was a very apt message and only three words of that was included with the flowers

This was a very full on varied and exciting holiday in Tuscany.
The staff at the Manzoni hotel in Montecatini Terme were very professional helpful and pleasant throughout my stay.
A special mention must be made of Anna one of the tour managers who was one of the best I have ever met as she was very articulate vital energetic and helpful. Nothing was too much for her and she was always willing to give suggestions about where to go where to eat and the like.
She obviously loved her job and her enthusiasm transferred to all the guests
She is a wonderful asset to Newmarket Holidays and I hope that I may meet her on another holiday in Italy

The record player which was an 80th birthday present for my husband who has huge numbers of vinyl LPs Arrived within two days, expertly packaged and totally undamaged
I tried it out with some of my own vinyl LPs and I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the item for a mere £75
The tone quality was excellent and the record player came in a solid wood carrying case which can also be used for storing vinyl records
I am Sure. My husband will be absolutely delighted as the record player that he used to use broke down irrevocably sometime ago.

The dress was delivered very promptly and is a lovely dress great quality and a good price but unfortunately it was too tight across the hips for me so I have returned it because it did not fit

The company emailed me to say that a parcel had been attempted to be delivered but could not because there was no one home, but this is absolutely not true as I have been in hospital and have not been out the house since Saturday the 18th of November
I attempted to reschedule when I got the email on Wednesday the 29th, and although I attempted to go to the portal, that did not work and then when I tried today to go to the portal it did work but said it had been delivered on Thursday the 18th, which is actually today and there has been no delivery. I am absolutely fed up with this cheap company Who obviously underpay their couriers so that they don't even bother to ring a bell or knock a door loudly to make sure that if whoever is in hears them

I discovered recently that I have been charged £29,95, a month for a service called locate my phone.co.uk

 I had made one trip to the website in June to get a phone number and thought I was only paying 50p but according to small print - which must've been very small- I apparently entered into a contract to have this figure of nearly £30 taken from my account every month.
Today, I phoned them to complain about this, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and charming and agreed to cancel this recurring payment and to refund my November payment, and when I pressured her a little bit more, she has now agreed to fund all the payments since September

I have banked with Aldermore before, and I have always found them very helpful, straightforward and simple to deal with and also the rates are consistently higher than their other competitors

I have taken some time to read all these negative reviews about Gogogadgets and I absolutely agree with them, but I have some further information that may help people with their problems.
I bought the Instaheat heater in August this year, but it took 4 weeks to arrive. The heater is useless. The fans do not work and only a very small amount of residual heat comes from them. I emailed Gogogadgets, but like everyone else was told that I had a ticket number and somebody would contact me, but nobody did.
The company told me to return the products to the Netherlands, which I did to the address which I received from them, at a cost of £15 through Parcelforce.
I was given a tracking number and when I followed this up through Parcelforce, I discovered that the heater had been delivered to the address in the Netherlands, but the company did not bother to pick it up at the collection depot and was returned to me on the 22nd of December.
When I contacted them again, they gave me an address in England, but with the wrong postcode, and it was only by chance that I discovered the correct postcode, so I have sent the heater to this address in Wolverhampton, which is:

So I hope all the disappointed people whose reviews I have been reading will send their faulty items back. I used Yodel and it cost me about £7.
By the way, I noticed people have said they will raise the case with PayPal if they have paid through them and I have done this, but I’m afraid to no avail.
P.S today I contacted my bank , the one that is connected with PayPal and so every time I pay something with PayPal, It comes straight out of my bank account and I am pleased to say that they have taken my complaint on board and I have now had the money refunded.
So please contact your bank and explain to them that you have been sold a useless product, and if you paid through a credit or debit card belonging to your bank or through PayPal who links in directly to your bank, you WILL get a refund.

If only every company which advertises things that are free is true to its word!!!

I ordered a Taylormade superfast burner number seven wood and it arrived within two days delivered by a very courteous driver.
It was a secondhand club but it was an absolutely fabulous condition with only a few minor scratches on the underside of the club and it is a dream to play with.
Also the price paid was extremely reasonable.
I have bought Golf equipment from this site before and I would thoroughly recommend it

I unexpectedly had to go out and so missed the delivery but the driver very sensibly left it with my next door neighbour and so I did not miss out on the delivery or inconvenience your firm

Did not notice a great difference in my teeth even after two vials
