Always delivered on time and good products

I think Roman have some lovely clothes, with a style that I like and which suits me. Navigating the website and placing orders is always easy.

High Neck Pleated Dress
arrived quickly, however the dress was returned, the pleats in the bottom half were not satisfactory I imagine in a couple of washed would have disappeared altogether, Material okay and style very nice . Just not satisfactory for me Sorry

I exchanged a dress for a smaller size. Only a few days and it arrived so was pleased

But two of my orders was wrong sizei chose size 18 which normally fits me very well but the two looks like 16 even though the labels are 18
I did returned them and I have received my money back and am happy about your service

I don’t know what’s happened to your clothes but they are not as good as they used to be, I’m being honest I have kept one thing out of 6 orders, the first order I’m sure you sent me the wrong order as the jeans was massive , another was not the colour I ordered , well it looked nothing like that what was show, and that is another problem, the clothes received are not like what is shown. I have been very disappointed with my deliveries, and had to return all but one so have given up now.

Zip was incorrectly sewn in! Doesn’t slide properly.

As always the clothing was delivered on time and was true to size and a good quality.

I liked the dress so much I now have three! They looked just as they were shown online, and pleasantly surprised at the weight and quality of the material.

The trousers were not like the picture. They were much looser and wider. The quality was good but they were nit as expected unfortunately!

There was a discount offer and free postage and packaging, which was a good offer from Roman. The item was a grey checked knee length which didn't need altering. The false pocket detail was a nice design detail and the material eas quite thick and of quality which makes a good winter skirt. I am pleased with my purchase.
