The bed I ordered wasn’t in stock although the website says it was, which is why I ordered it. I wasn’t informed it was out of stock, and only discovered this when I rang up to check on the delivery date. I wasn’t impressed, however the staff were very apologetic, polite and helpful. I was refunded the money in a few days.
