Staff very polite, chatty and always there if you need any help. Plenty legroom, comfortable seating areas, overhead lockers for extra bag if nedded and can accommodate yourself with aircon. Booking food and drinks online is great as you receive your order very quickly and are first ones served.

Tried to close a deceased family members account, wasn't straight forward as I thought. After a few chats online eventually got account closed.

Excellent service, quick delivery and easy access online. Would recommend using online.
