The engineer kept me informed about when he was coming. He was very friendly and efficient and I appreciated the way he took care to put a towel down to protect the worktop under where he was working.

Copenhagen
A wonderful break in Copenhagen and other European cities, with a good mixture of Christmas markets and beautiful architecture. Lisa and Paul were very welcoming and looked after us well. Travelling in a Luxuria coach was quite an experience being very comfortable and with lots of room.
