I understand how the world changed in recent years and that it's now deemed OK to leave a parcel on your doorstep and take a photo. But ringing the doorbell after you have placed the parcel and taken the photo is not. I was moving a car in the back garden at the time of the delivery within view of the front door and another person was in the house. Neither of us mananged to see the delivery person, our house is on the far side of a green so they couldn't park near the house. They literally must have run away. They showed no respect for our property leaving the front gate wide open, meaning my parcel was far from safe as it was left in plain sight of pedestrians passing. I would at least expect a person who rings the doorbell to wait to see if there was going to be an answer, 30 seconds would have been enough. It seems to be all about targets and numbers and no customer care at all.

My son is neurodiverse, I searched for a training centre that would support him at his own pace to pass his CBT. On various forums and pages this company kept coming up. Son in Law and son passed their CBT's together. I am so pleased we came to you. Over an hour away but totally and utterly worth it. All the trainers and staff went above and beyond to make this possible, the smile on my sons face tells me that you did an amazing job. An absolutely excellent service, very friendly and superbly supportive. Thank you

Good prices and fast delivery make it really economical to buy direct. Safely packaged and came with two mini screwdrivers and a plastic plectrum shape to complete the change of battery for my laptop.
The only downside - no paperwork and no instructions. Even a link to a youtube video would have been a bonus. I looked one up myself but it would be good business to provide a link and then you can have your own channel.

Super speedy. I ordered on a Friday so wasn’t expecting my delivery till Monday or Tuesday. Saturday morning they arrived. I chose genuine branded cartridges and was pleased to see the packing option of the cartridge was the “less plastic” variety. Even the package the cartridges came in was low impact.
