Excellent Service from Eva in resolving a situation created by Ticketmaster back in 2019.
Tickets bought over the 'phone after a request to 'phone them after an online booking glitch their end. Booking Reference given but Booking was never loaded to My Account despite the tickets being Print At Home.
At the fourth request to Ticketmaster Eva picked up the case and cancelled the Tickets I'd never seen or been able to print, told me what seats the original agent had allocated, and arranged for these tickets to be available at the Box Office.
So 5* for Eva 1* for Phone Agent (Booking but not Uploading), Averaging out at 3*
