Great communications from AO and the delivery drivers I knew well before, 1/2 hour and 5 minutes before delivery. Drivers lovely and quickly removed old items, new packaging and made sure everything was working.

Used this service twice in the last number of weeks. It’s reliable and reassuring. Driver name and contact number shared in advance. Office very responsive and professional. Confident to use this service for any reason, recommend.

Such a lovely plant pot, great size plenty room for my plant to grow into. It’s solid but not too heavy.

Purchased 2 trees, got an invoice and delivery date. When the date came and went I tried to contact the company. No response to emails. No answer on the phone neither option 1 or option 2. No return of call after leaving a message. £123 on trees I needed to be in the ground before decking was fitted. Had to raise a dispute with payment provider.

Plants arrive as expected in brilliant condition. They look fantastic.
The delivery driver delivered them safely and no contact, exactly where I wanted them to be.
So impressed, I’ve never purchased large plants online and it’s the future, absolutely would trust the Palm Centre with even expensive purchases - I bought 6 black bamboo. Will definitely be back for more.
