I decided to buy some new plants. This shop has lots of choice and I have shopped with them before. The plants arrived well packed and in good condition. They soon were in place. They make a good focal point in the room. Its so easy to shop with this company the plants are always good quality. Delivery is quick 2 days after the order was placed.

I purchased the trailing artificial ivy plant. It’s very realistic so much so my husband thought he had to water it. Delivery was quick. Will definitely order another ivy for the bathroom.

This is my first time shopping with Beards & Daisies and the plants available are absolutely beautiful. I chose pots to go with them too, which was very convenient, and they arrived securely packaged and very much as described in terms of size.

I could've done with some plant care instructions (e.g. they've arrived quite wet, and one of them has its stems tied together, so I've contacted to ask what my actions should be and had a reply), a note on how to safely get them out of their box (we resorted to cutting them out in the end, but it took a lot of work), and more reliable updates from Royal Mail, but so far the plants are healthy and happy and looking gorgeous in their new positions.

I’m in love with this company and with Rosie in particular. I have an issue with impulse buying and have been staving off getting me a cactus for some time. They’re just cool. However, I’ve set up a lovely home office / hobby room, put in some effort, and figured now was the time…

My plants arrived beautifully packaged, I really can’t fault it, but somehow the large cactus got damaged in transit. I emailed, frankly thinking I might get a couple of quid off or a voucher or something (but mostly because my wife told me to write in); Rosie responded the following day, sounded genuinely upset, and sent me out a replacement after confirming what days we’d be in to receive it. And a few days later I find I have one magnificent cactus and another slightly handicapped one. Everything was painless, the plants look amazing, communication was spot on, packaging was genuinely superb - I don’t know what else they could do to protect the plants beyond hand delivering them themselves - and I simply can’t find fault. I only ever write reviews when I’m 100 per cent happy, or 100 per cent upset. This is most definitely the former. My son is getting a voucher for Beards & Daisies for his birthday and I’m already eyeing up my next purchase. Thank you!

Great service, thank you! The kentia palm plant I initially received wasn’t quite in the condition what I expected, but Beards and Daisies really turned the experience around. Their customer care team was highly responsive, answered my concerns and sent me a replacement plant. I’m very happy with the service and care I received!
