Appaling experience. The website had an offer of 15% on some items without stating that this offer is valid online only - the same items are available in stores and therfore not online exclusive. Customer services team is quite diabolical.

Awful company, even worse Customer Service Tesm Treated with disrespect whrn they made a mistake realising my online order although I presented both the SMS and original card used to purchase it. Awful.
After seeing my objective review, I had an automatic message from the least professional company in the world to get in touch. How pathetic is that?

Easy service.

A real-deal authentic pizza...from your own oven. The pizza from Mattia is absolutely amazing: when taken out of our "normal" oven it tasted as if it was baked in a stone oven in Italy. So delicious!
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience beyond ready made Waitrose stuff!

Tricking service. You start scanning the books and they all "sell" t more or less 50p and as soon as your arrive to the 5th or 6th book and scan another 10-20 books, they all seem to be "unwanted".
If you then delete everyhting and start scanning the same "unwanted" books then, as per miracle, these are nor wanted at more or less 50p. Quite pathetic really.

You start scanning your books and all seems fine but after first 5 books they stop accepting them (although accepted 5 minutes earliet!!!!). It is a trap! Sometimes they say 10p, sometimes £1.50 and sometimes not accepted...depends how their algorithms work but surely not in your favour!

Really boring. Very time consuming if you want to do it properly.

Really poorly paid. Taking too long to process the payment.

Excellent quality shoes, perfect for school or any occasion when your girl wants to show off her fashionable, smart shoes! The price is way below what you would pay in "specialised" school shops. Customer services are amazing, really helpful..

Awful experirnce with both pairs I ordered. Loose fitting, cheap looking, wrong prescription used.

You get absolutrly nothing for your (expensive and immaculate) books.

I had to go to two drop off points which is a pain because the app does bot tell you where there is space in real time.

Nice colours, nice fabric and overall a simple, tasteful sofa.
Arrived with a manufacturer's fault (stapled from under and clearly visible.
Time will tell how long (or short?) It will last.

Awful place, awful customer services.

They upgraded the postage to 1st class at their own loss but made my son very happy!

Just deciding which flooring to chose but but both Imperial - Sky Grey Stone and Aqualock - Dark City Stone look great!

not the cheapest...delivery to be paid for, which is not great

Would highly recommend...you can always find an estimate that is verY very reasonable indeed!
