My local Target store in Cheyenne

My local Target store in Cheyenne, Wyoming has gone downhill considerably! I'm about to give up on it all together. I'm not sure why you even have a ladies clothing department anymore, as there is very little selection of sizes and colors. Not putting prices on the pricing labels is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to get my phone out to check pricing on the items, and if you're not going to put them on the labels, at least put a sign up on the rack, shelf, or table showing prices. I have spoken with employees about this numerous times and been told, "It's too hard to get signs." Really?! Several years ago the bathrooms were remodeled at this store. There is still water leaking all over the floor from the toilets with mold/mildew growing, no soap in the dispensers, automatic flushers and faucets do not work at times, and every stall should have hooks on the doors for purses, coats, diaper bags, backpacks, etc. I have spoken with management about all of this as well and still no action has been taken. I give up!

TERRIBLE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED ONLINE ORDER THEN CALLED TO CANCEL 30 MINUTES LATER AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TO LATE BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED. IN THE MEANTIME THE ITEM WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT UNTIL 6 DAYS LATER. VERY RUDE AND GHETTO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. BETTER OFF SHOPPING AT WALMART.

Target truly leads with pickups

Target truly leads with pickups. I can place an order and get and get my order within 2 hours. It's easy ahead of the competition and a lifesaver with small children. Highly recommended.

Holding funds

Not sure if it’s paypal or target but either way give me my money back right away. Not 7-14 days. Crazy they take your money out right away but won’t give it back right away. They said its paypal and paypal saying its them. So annoying

I purchased rotten pomegranates from Target

I purchased pomegranates from Target, and when I cut them open, I was shocked to find that they were rotten inside. The seeds were dark brown and black, and the fruit was clearly not fresh or fit to eat. This is unacceptable, especially when customers pay for fresh produce and expect it to be safe and good quality

Never Received Paid For Item

Wow. I am absolutely done with Target. Yesterday I bought a AirPods Pro 3 and did it for pick up, and I also had other orders with cat food and stuff, and I went to unload the trunk today and discovered there is no AirPods Pro 3 anywhere in the bags, nor is it anywhere in the trunk as if it fell out. I believe this is probably some honest mistake rather than the delivery person pocketed the item, but what I'm really angry about is the completely useless and time-consuming experience of trying to deal with this with the store and with Target in general through their 800-number.

It's pretty clear I am going to have to take this up with my credit card company to fight it, but they never put the item in the car and I'm out nearly $200 because I trusted in Target.

This is a company that in their store in a town of 50,000+ people cannot stock enough fancy feast cat food for a single household with five cats.

That this kind of thing happens, OK, I can understand that once in a while, but when there's absolutely no way to remedy the situation for the customer and they can just say they put anything in your car and never put it in your car, that is not a company I'm going to continue to do business with.

I am clearly going to have to go into the store with printouts from my computer and ask to speak to the manager and be prepared to make a scene.

To make things worse, I called the actual store and hit the number for their customer service/order pick up department, and someone there picked up the phone, took it off the hook, laid it down, and I could hear them and they ignored me the entire time and never picked up the call or spoke until I finally hung up.

I tried again and called the electronics department and they never picked up at all.

Target can literally do anything it wants to and say anything it wants and steal anything it wants and totally get away with it unless you fight them with your credit card company and with reviews like this online.

I purchased a GE water filter

I purchased a GE water filter, XWFE, from Target on April 26, and the box printed GENUINE GE REFRIGERATOR WATER FILTER. However, I tried to replace the water filter today, and neither one is working. I compared it with the one I have, and the Target product does not have a sensor. So I contacted the help desk, but they couldn't help because it is past the 90-day window. I requested an exchange, but I still got the same reply. Target sold me a product that isn't working, and they have no other way to satisfy the customer. In my view, Target is engaging in unacceptable business practices and should be out of business. The BBB should investigate Target's business practices and impose a heavy penalty. So, people, do not purchase any sensitive products or products over $10.00 from Target.

Again my order wasn’t delivered where I wanted it delivered …

I wrote customer service and even called customer support but it won’t solve the problem - I have left directions on my profile to leave all purchases at the garage - I ordered four 35 lb containers of kitty litter and Again, the driver left them at the front door. Again, I had to carry them to the garage - my aching arms - the last time they did this I actually had to get a cortisone shot in my right arm. The excuse is that depending on the delivery company they may or may not read delivery instructions - not really an acceptable excuse. I have to say customer support is always understanding and polite on the phone but PLEASE have all delivery drivers read the instructions. I don’t want another trip to the orthopedic doctor

I had a target card for two years and…

I had a target card for two years and my experience in the last few months was ridiculous. As a result I will step foot inside another Target store. Since opening my target card with TD it had been nothing but issues with their payment system. I like to pay everything online and every month but the issues getting on to my account were ridiculous. If fact I tried calling them about it, but I waited forever to get to speak to someone and by the next month it was broken again and I got locked out of my account once again. This past august I found out both my payments for June and July were never processed, but not by Target reaching out (because target never called, wrote or emailed me), but by a credit alert I had set with Experian. Needless to say, I was very upset, none of credit history would indicate I had ever been remotely late on any, card line of credit or payments. I reached out the very next day to make this right, and no one would listen. I also sent a letter explaining my issue and nearly a month later, I got the same tone-deaf response. Just gave me a standard taking point that they were reporting fairly under the guidelines of the Fair credit act. Because of how unfairly I felt I was treated, I decided not to do any future business and sent the final payment to close the account. Now I am fighting the credit reporting agencies to resolve this. As for proof I provided them the emails I received after getting access to my online account for both June and July, although Target online makes you check a box for an email receipt of payment, I did manage to do that in July, and can provide that. I have worked hard to stay on top of my payments, how can any of this be fair?

Absolute garbage of a store and business, letting people buy 20-30 items of very limited items instead of limiting how many one person could purchase, who knows maybe something happens to a store hopefully

Target - Unable to get an advertised size for the carpet I want.

I ordered a 6’ square rug from Target. I received the correct carpet in the wrong size. It was 6.5’ square. This isn’t even an option online. I’ve been through 3 chat bots and one real person, who left me hanging in the chat. None of them could tell me if the rug actually comes in 6x6, not even the real person. I’ve been told to return the rug at the store, but I still don’t know if I can get the correct size. Maybe it’s a typo online? Very frustrating! I expect more from Target.

I am pretty much over the fact that I…

I am pretty much over the fact that I have to go into the store and check myself out every time because there’s eight self checkouts and one regular checkout lane. It’s definitely nice to have the option to do self check out however, after a day of working, I don’t really wanna check myself out, especially when I have lots of items. If you’re gonna give me a discount for me, checking myself out because you don’t have to hire an employee to actually do the work then maybe I might be more willing. Actually probably not. It’s just nice to go shopping and have someone do the checking out and bagging. Get with the program. Some people don’t want to do self check out and it definitely is going to drive me to other stores who do have people checking their customers out. Target used to be one of my favorite stores. Not anymore.
