Booking the tickets was very straightforward and a very good price if booked well in advance. The train from Liverpool Street left promptly as did the return train from Stansted. The signage at Liverpool Street needs to be bigger and more prominent for the Stansted express. The only other thing which is a bit of a problem is the long walk from the Elizabeth line platform to Stansted line platform but I know this is beyond your control.

The train is usually delayed
The train is usually delayed when leaving the airport but the worst was when they kept us for an hour without information waiting for a delayed train, we eventually got on it only to be told it is cancelled now and we will instead go to Cambridge and change their for London. Also trains start too late in the morning to be reliable for early flights.

Dual ticket a scam
On way to Liverpool Street station to get the train I purchased 2 return tickets as I was escorting my wife as she was flying . One return ticket for me as I was returning that day and one for her as she would be returning in a few days.
When I opened the tickets they where a ticket called a dual ticket. As she was flying out my return ticket became invalid as she needed to be with me on my return what a blatant SCAM

Train was in station when we got through airport - great /quick transport to Liverpool Street stn in London. Ordered tickets in line prior to travelling as valid fir the whole day of travel
