Nice packaging but maybe that's where the all the cost goes as the biscuit was disgusting, stale and tasted dreadful, one small bite and it went straight in the bin! I know they say their biscuits are a softer texture but this was awful. Way over priced for a bit of icing on stale biscuit, definitely not worth the high price, or any price in fact. Better off buying a nice packet in the supermarket, wrapping and posting yourself will be much better received and better value even with the extra effort.

I never received it, I won through O2, I don’t know who was supposed to be delivering it, but it never arrived, I emailed the company to say it hadn’t arrived and never heard back. I was looking forward to receiving it and commenting on it. I would have given more stars if I had of received it.

would love to give a review but didn't receive and unfortunately can't review something I haven't got.

I chose the cake biscuit for a 70th celebration and the person receiving it was delighted. Well presented. Delicious to eat!

Being asked to leave a review when I still haven’t received the order seems rather back to front.

Biscuits and tin were beautiful, somewhat smaller than I was expecting for the price.
Unfortunately royal mail ignored my delivery instructions and left them out in the rain all day, so box was ruined

Whilst the web site was easy to use for selecting the appropriate gift, trying to amend the saved payment card was rather less so...
Great selection of appropriate gifts, whatever the occasion

I ordered a box of Eid biscuits for friends believing these would be for the next Eid early March and knowing these biscuits have a long shelf life. In fact these are leftovers from last Eid! They expire in February (mentioned nowhere on the description) so this £30 gift cannot be used. I requested a refund and offered to return them, but got an officious AI crafted response that ‘As these are perishable food products, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue a refund in this instance. I’m sorry that we’re unable to offer a different resolution here. I realise this is not the outcome you were hoping for, etc.’ Has Biscuiteers been bought out by private equity? is it staffed by chatbots? Underhand sales practice and poor response. FOLLOW UP: yes I noticed that these were being sold at a reduced price (£30 instead of £39), but as it was not mentioned anywhere that they were leftover stock from last Eid it looked like this was a special offer or a reduced price for some other marketing reason. I am not being unreasonable; you have sold me something that I cannot use. I have spent hundreds of pounds with you over the years without a quibble, so maybe you should just refund your unusable goods. And you don’t negate my bad experience by responding here with that Chat-generated meaningless non-apology.

I ordered a70 biscuit for a 70th. The biscuits are small and expensive plus delivery. However they are well made and well packed. It's a nice touch for a special event.

I gifted a letter box biscuit to my granddaughter in law. She was delighted with such an individual gift & the thought it conveyed. I was laid up with a broken hip at the time & it was so easy to order, choose the delivery date, delivered direct to recipient. I will be ordering again for sure.

I've used Biscuiteers for years and always found it excellent
I ordered a box for delivery last Sat but because of a change to the stock system my order was out of stock and I was asked on the Monday after the due date to rechoose a larger gift. That sounded reasonable . But by Friday it still had not arrived and so another was resent . And it's still in transit . It is disappointing for the gift - a good luck one - to arrive a week after the event that I was wishing luck for !
