Loved watching my games

The camera and live streaming are great. They really did a good job with the design.
However this camera is marketed for multiple sports. Unfortunately all of the software is for soccer only. At the premium pricing they are charging, it does not make sense that they do not add a few very simple features for other sports. For example: field sizes for football, or court sizes for basketball and volleyball. When using the live streaming a clock that counts down for each quarter, rather than only counting up. The scoreboard being more friendly for putting up points. The current soccer set up gives issues when trying to put in multiple points all at once.

VEO is the best way I have come across to teach children about the beautiful game of fotball.

We've had a great experience with VEO at Oxford City FC. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Mona in particular has been brilliant to work with. Whenever equipment issues came up, she arranged replacements quickly, and any software queries we had were sorted without fuss. Reliable product, excellent support.

As a new user, there is a long way to learn it. Until now everything looks fub. a bit difficult to understand the features at the beginning.
I believe an online tutorial at the beginning would be a good idea.

I am a multi-year customer of Veo, having purchased their hardware camera to record my son’s high school soccer games. Because high school sports seasons are tightly compressed into just a couple of months, I depend heavily on the camera during this short window. I pay for a full prepaid annual subscription rather than a monthly plan.
Veo has retroactively forced long-term users onto a "Starter" tier that enforces a strict 10-hour monthly processing cap. This is new for this year. Last night, during the peak of our short season, Veo completely locked our match footage, rendering my expensive, consumer-owned camera completely useless.
It is completely deceptive to charge a lump-sum yearly fee upfront, only to restrict usage using arbitrary monthly limits—especially when they do not offer a monthly billing alternative to accommodate seasonal sports. Deleting older games does nothing, because Veo tracks processing hours rather than cloud storage. Furthermore, because the hardware is digitally locked, I am completely blocked from extracting the raw video files locally to look at them myself.
Veo’s standard customer support is entirely non-existent, hidden behind automated chatbots and rigid scripts that completely ignore legacy customers. They currently hold an F rating on the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Potential buyers beware: you are not purchasing a camera; you are leasing a paperweight that Veo can choose to brick mid-contract whenever they want to force you into a more expensive tier.
What I want from Veo: Manually unlock my locked footage immediately and temporarily lift this restriction for the remainder of my son's high school season.

Technology is quality. I coach a Varsity soccer team - I ran out of recording time for the month - I only use for games. Crazy to pay $2,000+ camera and run out of hours when playing 2-3 games a week.

Setup, quality, ease of use all amazing. Wish the video quality would be 4k.

Not worth the price. The subscription is one cost and then you are nickel and dimed to have software that uses the camera. Would not recommend. Use Trace instead.

I do not recommend this company their product is overrsted and their customer service has not improved. I got charge for 2 years of suscription after u left in 2024 and they did not refund me back for one of them

Using Veo has actually helped me understand football better. Being able to watch matches again and look at the analysis has made the game much more interesting and enjoyable for me.

I’m still impressed by what the camera can do, and I’m very happy with how AI is being used to make recording and analyzing matches easier. It’s one of the reasons I’d like to continue using Veo in the future.

I’m also very grateful to the support team. I sometimes ask the same question more than once, and some of my questions may seem very small, but they always take the time to answer carefully and kindly.

Customer Service is very helpful. Great product!

I use the Veo Cam 3 to record our amateur football matches, and I'm very satisfied with it. The automatic tracking works well, the video quality is excellent, and it's very convenient to record an entire match without needing someone to operate the camera.

Being able to review our matches afterward is especially useful for analyzing our team's performance and creating YouTube content.

Overall, Veo Cam 3 has made recording our football matches much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended for football teams!
