The new AI stat keeping is garbage!!!! I have never seen such a mess. Giving errors that are not errors. Giving the wrong players digs, kills, blocks, ect. I used to love HUDL but since the change it is trash!!!

Where is the ZERO stars option???????????????

Sad-trash organization purporting to promote student athletics, but their PROFITS are priority and they love to 'experience errors' for people who do not pay. I have an account and will experience errors UNLESS I log in. All about the kids, but it is really all about the money. SICK!!

We paid $1,500 for a year. 1 month ago they change to AI stats and its been 4 weeks of support tickets, and incorrect data without any way to contact a person to fix it. HUDL is worthless now and way overpriced for $1500 if it doesn't work.

Hudl is not user friendly and l have never been able to view it on my TV. I’ve only been able to connect with my Laptop. I have subscribed two times but never again as it is a waste of money.

Extremely unprofessional recruitment process.

They cancelled a scheduled interview only 30 minutes before the meeting, without any proper explanation, apology, or meaningful communication. Then, another recruiter reached out again for the same role, only for the same poor process to happen all over again.

This is not just a minor scheduling issue. It shows a serious lack of organisation, ownership, and respect for candidates’ time. The recruitment team comes across as careless and completely unprofessional.

Even small businesses with limited resources manage their hiring process better than this. If this is the standard of communication before someone even joins the company, it raises serious questions about how things are handled internally.

The company should take a hard look at its recruitment team and process, because this kind of candidate experience directly damages its reputation.

Hudl took over from Titan GPS Sensors, with whom I had been a customer for 7 years. Paid £3000 for equipment and £150 a year for the platform.
When Hudl took over in 2025 I was locked out.
After six months, they finally responded to me and quoted me £1500 per year for the platform. After 3 days back and forth, they knocked it down to £550 per year, I agreed and they then put the price up to £750. I declined and now my equipment is unable to be used.

They get one star because -5 is not an option,

Unfortunately, this company is terrible at customer service. The only way to contact them, is to create an account and then email them. They have disabled all their phone numbers. It is impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep about the product unless you are willing to create an account. I do not recommend this company. If they do not allow a phone number, then it obviously means they have been getting calls they don't want to deal with or they are high pressure sales.
