We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.

Impractical on a 4x4
Impractical on a 4x4. To lower tent one must climb on the wheel to rach straps - unless you are 8ft tall. Loopy straps are of no use. Unable to remove from roof - too heavy for normal humans. Steps are slippery - a liability case waiting to happen. Could have built-in anti slip material installed other than an oprional buy-in

Absolute star team
I guess Tentbox is the only company I dealed within UK with the highest solution focused team for customers. Absolute star customer service. You feel every step of the way they are supporting you behind. I received a total refund for roof bars that ı purchased more than a year ago. They could simply ignore the fault but instead, they valued customer satisfaction and safety over money that prooves the professionalism. Definitely recommend Tentbox. Really! One of a kind in UK!

Terrific customer service
We purchased the Tentbox Lite, the Living Pod and the Tentbox Kitchen along with a few other necessities all for a very reasonable price. Our delivery was prompt. It was only a week or so later we set to mounting the tent on our vehicle when the zipper broke meaning we couldn’t secure the protective cover. I instantly emailed Tentbox supplant in less than an hour (even on a Sunday)had a response from Lauren who swiftly raised an order for a replacement zipper which we received within 48hrs. Terrific customer service and i wouldn’t hesitate to use Tentbox to make further purchases in the future.

Been using there products a couple of years now , all I can say is I love it even down to customer service is brilliant every question answered perfect then I manged to break a pole for my living pod to witch George was amazing made me a invoice with the exact part I needed and even got a discount too within 48hrs the part was delivered in my hand and was correct well chuffed honestly the best uk company I have dealt with hands down.

Great customer service
After some time of not being able to reply to rent box to receive gifts and a spare part for one of my items I had previously purchased I managed to reply to get these items delivered. Within a matter of minutes I had a reply from Jon who managed to get these items delivered and Jon was very helpful!! Thankyou tent box and thankyou Jon!
