Although my account was relatively small and only involved a self-assessment return, the work was completed very quickly and in a highly professional manner by Sophie.
My only minor observation is that payment of the invoice is required before the completed assessment is released. As a newly transferred customer, I had no prior experience of the firm's service quality, so paying in advance felt as though it removed some leverage should improvements have been necessary. Thankfully, the service delivered was excellent, and this was not an issue in practice.
