IF !!! they answer the phone . It`ll be a gentleman with an attractive African voice who says OK ? at the end of every sentence as if he can`t wait to get off the phone .
He`ll tell you what you want to hear !

Yes , It`ll leave by Courier TOMORROW !
EVENTUALLY an English voice , TONY , phones you !!! APOLOGISES profusely , admits that the Red iPhone you ordered and paid for isn`t available !
He will phone me back in the morning with available colours and I can choose one for immediate delivery or I will receive a Refund .
NO PHONE CALL . ! I run out of patience and call them . AFRICA man answers and says we are out of stock of all colours of iPhone 14 plus and we are refunding your payment .
By this time I`ve already reported fraud to my Bank .
Unfortunately I made my purchase with my DEBIT CARD , NOT my BARCLAYCARD ! WHY ??? They take MUCH longer than Barclaycard to refund but eventually got a full refund . I`VE HEARD NOTHING MORE FROM SMART CELLULAR !
THEY ARE CROOKS , HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM !!!!

Where to start, ordered iPhone on 14th Aug. Then 7 days after I’d ordered had heard nothing and been sent nothing. I asked for this to be cancelled on the 8th day after ordering and was told by Scott (sales/customer services I assume), that he would request a refund. Strange wording as I’d requested the refund as a customer and you, as a company, should process a refund. Any way the next day I was told my phone had been despatched. Great, the next day it was delivered only to find it wasn’t what I’d ordered. I emailed them etc and returned the wrong phone back to them. After 5 days the phone was delivered back to them so asked for a full refund. Again told by Scott he’d request a refund ! Long story short from there I’m still waiting for the refund. I was told if I sent bank details they would send a refund within 2-3 working days. It’s now 10 working days and 29 emails back and forth to Scott, still nothing. He keeps saying ‘sorry and thank you for your patience and understanding’. Well I’ve lost patience and understanding and beginning to realise this company seem to hold peoples money for what 3,4 weeks and even longer. If you multiply that by the amount they’re holding onto, ie maybe thousands of customers money, and it’s just a joke. Just look at all the reviews that have the very same issue. They permanently play for time, I don’t believe they actually have some of the phones advertised (maybe okay now and then) but I wonder if they’re just waiting to take one in and hope it satisfies a customer. I see the owner occasionally replies to some reviews stating to email his sales dept. with details and proof with dates etc. Well they have all these details, they took money, sent the wrong thing so know your address, in some cases, like mine even requested bank details too. He then asks you again to send them all these details! Again, a time delaying tactic, maybe in the hope he gets in the phone you want come in to them.
Appalling company and really one to avoid unless you want to loose a few hundred pounds for a month or so. I, like others, have now involved my bank so will hopefully get this resolved sooner rather than later. I wonder if it is just a one man band because all Scott says is sorry I will look into it, 4 times now since I’ve sent them bank details. Such an awful way to run a business. SO REALLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE DREADFUL AND DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.

Absolute disgraceful ‘company’. Never sent me my phone and when I cancelled, all they did was stall and sent me emails that ‘they are looking into it and blaming it on the warehouse.It’s had been around 2 months with no refund, and no phone. I had to open a dispute against them with my credit card company. DO NOT buy. Their positive reviews seem fake and all bad reviews, genuine.

Thankfully I got the money back from credit card company. Every time I emailed them they send a generic email and do nothing about a refund

Awful company - DO NOT USE!! despite being told my phone would be delivered in 2 working days, after over a month of still no phone - I cancelled my order. Unable to contact anyone via the phone number and no one returns messages. Sent multiple emails and they are sometimes responded to but with no details or solutions. Unbelievably TERRIBLE customer service and they’re also TERRIBLE at delivering the phones you’ve paid for.
Shocking they are able to rip people off like this

I was quoted £569 for my 10 month old Samsung S25 Ultra.
I sent it recorded delivery and it was received by them.
Then started the drama as prices go down and it wont be £569.
I asked for my phone to be returned and paid the 11 pounds Recorded Delivery and that was back on the 31st of July.
I have sent them countless emails and spoke to their Customer Service every day and all i get is you will have your phone tomorrow and this has gone on for two weeks.
Blatant theft and there is sweet f all I can do about it.
Avoid it if you can!!!

Much like many other comments, this is a terrible company to deal with. Don't waste your time and effort trying to sell your phone to them. Sadly I was drawn in by the higher price they offered (£239)even though I rated the condition as Poor because although the phone is excellent in all other ways, the battery health was below 80%. but I After spending good money to mail it securely , I received an email saying they had re-assessed it as Poor !! - exactly how I rated it by the way and could only offer me £40 . I politely refused that and asked them to immediately return my phone. They then kept ignoring my request to return it and started to increase their offer first to £60, then to £100 - each time I declined and said return the phone. When they did agree to return it , they said it would only be insured up to £75 unless I was prepared to pay extra for the postage. All in all, ,don't believe any positive reviews here. My experience clearly was not a one off and one I should have learnt before getting in touch with this company. A waste of time and money for nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I'm still waiting for a phone i ordered over 2 weeks ago. There is a phone no to call, never answered and no call backs, they may respond to an email 2 or 3 day's after you've sent it. This shower haven't a clue about customer service and won't give me my money back 😤

Misleading website offered me £200 for my 'poor' condition iphone - i described it as poor, with a cracked rear screeen, battery of 81% and functions not working (camera) - posted it to them ( at my expense as their free postage link magically didnt work ) 24 hrs later they have regraded my phone to 'poor' as there is a crack on the rear screen, battery of 81% and some functions not working. Their revised offer - £28!!! absolute joke, please return my phone - 24 hrs later - oh its unsalvageable so we'll offer you a better price of £50 - Please send back my phone you absolute liars

Looks like a great deal on a phone, but it never arrives!! I ordered with 2-3 working day delivery, I've chased 3 times about it and been told 'the warehouse team are working on it' and they'll be in contact as soon as they can. I don't think they actually have the phones to sell and instead wait for someone to trade theirs in.. fobbing you off until a match arrives! Terrible.. I am trying to get a refund and will report them.

I ordered a phone over 14 days ago based on their website advertising a 2-day delivery. To date, I have received no tracking information and no dispatch confirmation.Instead, I have been subjected to a constant stream of repetitive stalling emails promising a refund "if they can’t dispatch," while they buy time and hold onto my money. Meanwhile, they are actively continuing to advertise the exact same phone on their website with a fake 2-day delivery window. This is highly misleading trading behavior. They do not have the stock they claim to have. Avoid this company.

I bought an iPhone 14 2 weeks ago expecting delivery in 2-3 days and still haven’t received a delivery update. I had an initial response saying they would get back to me with a dispatch date and still didn’t hear anything for another week. Wish I’d seen these reviews initially, I only saw the ones they’d chosen to display on the website.

Wish I read reports on this company before ordering a phone. Promised delivery in 48 hours, but nothing. Managed to get telephone/email reply's but all just false promises. I've asked for a refund, but suspect I will have to go through barclaycard.

This might be a scam company. Ordered a phone and two weeks later I was still waiting for it. Lots of excuses. Finally cancelled the order and now trying to get a refund. Three weeks and still no money back

Don't be fooled by initial valuation based on your interpretation of their grading! iPhone that had been in case with screen protector for first 2 years of its life, perfect screen, software and battery with only very minor scratch/chip on single corner of side casing - only minor issue! Valued based on 'Excellent' condition which according to their own guide, 'can have no more than 1-3 light signs of use in a single area' - sounded like my phone!
Sent phone, get a regraded value at far less than their valuation for a 'POOR' condition phone!!!?
Absolute con in hope you will just accept this to save the hassle!
Best way to avoid any messing about - AVOID them and sell elsewhere!

Offered £272 online for my iPhone 14, then tried it on with £49 when they got it with some made up nonsense. Tried 4 times to blag it offering incrementally more. What a con. Why not be honest in the first place and save yourself time and money?

Awful experience. Ordered phone, advertised as being delivered within 2 days. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received, they emailed to say if I swapped colours it could be sooner - did not say which colour then eventually said it was red. This email exchange took about a week in iteself when they quite clearly Could have just offered me Red in the first email, obviously just trying to drag it out. All they kept saying is it will be ‘early next week’. Still didn’t come, they said this the following week
So I said I want a refund asap. They replied 2 days later to say it will take 3-4 days to cancel the order and another few days to get the money. What a scam!! Still don’t have the money

Awful experience to date and still no refund for a phone that I have never received. Order placed 21st January, chased up a few days later, given assurances that the warehouse team were 'working hard' to fill the order. Chased again then cancelled on 17th Feb, out of sheer frustration. Still waiting for my refund a month later. Phoning them is pointless, you wait in a queue and then a message tells you there is no-one to answer the call. Avoid like the plague.

Please beware of these scammers. I sent them a phone for which they offered 540 pounds on their website. After receiving the phone, they said they were offering 200 pounds for the next day, then 230 pounds for the third day out of 300 pounds. I've never encountered such scammers in my entire life. I sold my phone elsewhere for 510 pounds without any problems. But of course, the phone had many flaws there and was worth 200 pounds. Before sending them a phone, read the reviews or email me. For every offer, I replied asking them to send me the phone immediately. They didn't. They waited a day, replied with another offer, then waited another day, then replied with another offer. Terrible experience with scammers.
