Great quality and exceptional service
I have been using patch plants for a while now. Firstly, I love that the plants all have names. Often I match names to the personalities of the person I am gifting them to. Always good quality plants with care instructions to keep them healthy and alive. Excellent customer service and delivery is always on time.

Terrible experience - consider your options first
Ordered flowers, a candle and a card through Selfridges for someone's condolences, Patch delivered the plant, a card with only "Dear Name" written on it (missed the message), and no candle.
They sent out another card and the missing candle and offered £10 gift card, only if you spend another £20-30, when I had already spent £50+ - terrible effort guys.
