Low Cost Vibes Reviews

Low cost vibes is an excellent travel agent. I was dealt with bye an agent called Ava who had excellent customer service skills aaqaqa

Found this company by chance . Our agent Leo was exceptional sorted out our Italian break and put our mind at ease straight away nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend

The break was exactly what I needed. Very happy with Hotel that Ava booked us into. Close to all amenities and City Centre.Hotel clean and breakfast included was amazing. No 1 like my husband says. Hotel staff great.
The day tour to Bran Castle etc was amazing. We actually missed our trip as we were running late. Ava went over and above to help us and booked us on a tour the following day. Thank you Ava u were great and very patient with us. We had a great time. I would recommend this trip to anyone of all ages. IV been to huge cities but Bucharest tops them all. Thanx to all the team at Low Cost Vibes you really went the xtra mile for us it much appreciated. Our next tour will definitely be done thru u guys

Leo was so amazing with finding a deal within my budget and answering all my questions (Krakow for xmas markets) and found me a very competitive good deal & lovely hotel. So far I have no complaints.

Adam was brilliant. Immediately put my mind at ease as never booked through FB. Cheaper than main providers. Assisted us through the whole process. Gave us multiple options and changed times, flights, hotel etc to make it perfect. Checked in just before our trip to see if there is anything else he could do and make sure we are all checked in.
Nothing to much for him. Will definitely be booking with him as soon as we return.

I booked a flight and hotel package holiday for 3 days to Bucharest earlier this year, through Harinya. She was really helpful with finding a competitive deal, especially as I booked it at the last minute.
I’d definitely recommend!

We booked a trip to Italy travelling to 3 different cities with rail travel in between
Jack Ross organised everything and was so helpful and patient with us
The itinerary was excellent and the hotels chosen were of a high standard

Was initially wary as it seemed too good a price to be true but looked at trust pilot reviews and booked anyway!
We werent disappointed!

Would highly recommend booking with them and am looking at a future trip

Ava made everything so easy for us to book . We have total peace of mind knowing Ava is handling our holiday. She was so patient with my constant questions and changes nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and great packages.
Harinya is one of the best team member who helped me throughout the process.

We booked four days to Rome and Venice in September where we had a lovely time thanks to Shenal who was so helpful and was always there to answer any questions. We would definitely book with low cost vibes again. Thank you Shenal.

Iv got a holiday with LCV in october but due to them failing to send travel documents to us we can no longer travel . I messaged them only after threatening them with trading standards did they respond , they wanted me to wait even longer for travel documents i refused n demanded money back and they said they cant guarantee my money back of 2k, so they wil probz steal my money anyway aswel as take my holiday away from me by not providing our travel documents .
Just becarefull when booking with these if you wanna use them i certainly wont be again .
Will not be using LCV IN NEAR FUTURE .

Yet again shenal arranged are trip to Disneyland which was fantastic

So easy to use a few messages and she always sorts out the best deals

Perfect would not go anywhere else fab job

Great service, excellent communication and detail

Adam Parker was really helpful while I was looking for a short break away before Christmas. He even looked at alternative hotels for me and different flight times and helped me arrange transfers

Adam has helped us organise and book 2 short breaks to Italy.

Both times he has been attentive and detailed in his communication with me.

He has taken my budget and preferences and been spot on both times.

Wouldn't hesitate to ask Adam to help me book in the future.

The whole package to Romania was excellent , from flights ,hotel, and even the trips , I told them what I wanted , and Adam came back the same day with everything I wanted and the price was perfect,. So what else can I say, the company and staff was brilliant, even keeping me informed while on holiday , 5 star service all round

Hi low cost vibe was excellent in arranging our trip in December to Prague Christmas markets with Adam, he was brilliant in arranging everything especially with me wife needing assistance on the flight.
Thank you Adam

This is the 2nd holiday I’ve booked with Shenal to Rome, Florence & Venice with my family. She has done another fantastic job getting a great deal with everything I was looking for.
