Accurate information tells body fat % and muscle mass gain and lots of other useful information overall great product

I upgraded from version one to version two. I checked my metabolic capacity every morning. I found that even though I thought I was sleeping enough, I actually was not.

I love everything about this band. It’s very easy to use, the app is great, and you hardly notice that you are wearing it. I have not had discrepancies or inaccurate readings. Well worth the money.

I feel this is at least giving me accurate comparison to its self. So I can see change the nutritional aspect and expanded sleep information has been great for me.

I find the HUME scale and HUME band work great together. I can check my blood pressure and heart rate after workouts. When I get up in the morning I can weigh myself and get a body breakdown of lean muscle mass and fat. I can see where I am making progress. I also track my sleep at night and it gives me a percentage of how good my sleep was and shows my sleep stages.

I have a few health issues and wanted constant monitoring of heart rate and sleep. I liked the other reporting metrics Hume offered as well. This band has been wonderful. The battery charge is long lasting, the reports are easy to read and understand. The product was easy to setup and use. I would highly recommend it.

Gail on the customer services team was excellent. The products are top class, and it’s great that they don’t change for subscription like some of the fitness brands… highly recommended for keeping track of fitness/ sleep analysis and other fitness factors such as oxygen levels!

I absolutely love this band… battery life is great. I charge it every night when I shower and put it right back on. The HUME application is very simple to use and allows you to adjudge how descriptive you want the daily data to be presented. Overall this band has exceeded my expectations!

I bought my Hume bracelet a few months ago. I had heart by-pass surgery and I wanted a way to monitor by body daily. I love looking at my metabolic score for each day and my stress levels. I also keep an eye on my HRV (heart rate variability).

I really love starting my day with the insight of how my health is. I am on a health journey after many years of stress and work and the bracelet keeps me motivated.

It’s a very important aspect to keep track of

I ordered 2 products from Hume, the Hume Band 2.0 and the Hume Pod 2.0, they were marked as delivered while I was out, got back to only the band, the "Proof" of delivery shows only 1 package and it's only big enough for it to be the band. I sumitted a support request by email and have tried the live chat. The email got an automated response and no reply within 9 days and counting, the live chat never gets any responses at all. This is awful customer service and if they don't respond by the end of the week I will tell the card company and get it charged back, this is honestly disgraceful.

FYI, if they had delivered, the band so far has been pretty decent, it's a shame I can't give them a better review about the actual products because they simply just don't care.

EDIT: I have now had an update, the tracking they gave me for the pod was wrong and i know where it is now, I have increased my rating and will update it further once i can review the pod if i ever can.
