booked through cheekytrip, when booking i was told i was going to be in a standard room with no balcony/terrace, no view and twin beds and would be better to upgrade to a better room, which i did for an extra£80, promised a pool view with a double bed with late check out. when i got to the hotel ALL rooms had balcony/terrace. our room twin beds and street view. when i went to check out no late check out added. i asked for a refund of the £80 and i was told i was a liar. i lost my temper and he hung up the phone and will not reply to my messages. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

I BOOKED A HOLIDAY PACKAGE TO MOROCCO ON ARRIVAL AT AGADIR AIRPORT MY PRIVATE TRANSPORT DID NOT TURN UP I CONTACTED GALAXY HOLIDAYS THEY DID NOT HELP SO 2 HOURS LATER I HAD TO PAY FOR A PRIVATE TAXI TO THE HOTEL! THE HOTEL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3 STAR ISWAS APPALLING (video available) SO I CONTACTED GALAXY AGAIN AND AGAIN NO HELP SO I HAD TO PAY TO MIVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL! I TRIED WHILST IN MOROCCO TO GET HELP AND SINCE RETURNING I HAVE SOUGHT A REFUND AND THEY ARE JUST IGNORING ME I AM A 70 YEAR OLD LADY AND I AM OUT OF POCKET BY £1500 DO NOT USE GALAXY HOLIDAYS PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER INFO

Would not recommend this company at…
Would not recommend this company at all, got quoted a price which we are happy with, had to pay £100 per person deposit then after we payed the deposit we got sent an invoice, they added £600 + onto the original price, when we phoned and question this they said they had added airport transfers on and upgraded our room. They never booked transfers and refused to refund us, shocking service would never use again

The agent was great and very helpful
The agent was great and very helpful an patient but the from price advertised was way lower than the actual live price of the holiday which was very annoying when you've been looking to then be told the holiday you've been looking at is out your price budget.

Feel like I got completely ripped off
Feel like I got completely ripped off, was told on the booking call it was the cheapest price for this particular holiday.
Couldn’t find the hotel on Galaxys website so found it on Jet2 - £500 cheaper. Emailed the agent asking to cancel and was told it would be £500 or so to do so. Hmmmm.
Also paid extra for an upgraded room but when I got the documentation it’s for a standard.
Wouldn’t use again, usually book my own. I expect a slight commission for using an agent but really?

Tom was very helpful there is an admin fee £45 per person and you have to pay for bags and transfer on top. But Tom deals with these.

Ben was really helpful when i needed to…
Ben was really helpful when i needed to amend my holiday as my friend could no longer come on the holiday.
Ben said if i had any problems drop him a msg on whattsapp n he replied straight away and assisted me with all my queries.
Id not heard of or used Galaxy to book previous holidays but now i would not hesitate to use this company.
