So helpful and knowledgeable, they are a pleasure to work with.
When I contacted Fortech about an issue with my PC, it took them under 30 minutes to contact me back and give me the steps to fix the problem myself. They are awesome! Highly recommend them, they've helped me on a few occasions and again it only took minutes to do so. Well worth the subscrition.

Fortech Service - what you can expect.
I started experiencing issues with my DELL PC after Microsoft discontinued their support of Windows 10 & 11. At the time, I was experiencing sound problems which I was having trouble solving on my own. Ironically, I received an email from Fortect indicating their ability to remedy sound issues. At first, I was reluctant, thinking it was a scam. But after some research I confirmed that they were definitely legitimate. So, I contacted them hoping of course that they were competent and could resolve my problems. To my joy, not only did they solve my sound problems, but they resolved "booting-up" issues I was also dealing with as well. I couldn't have been happier. I signed up for a year of service and performance monitoring, and it feels like I've got a new computer. THANK YOU Fortect!

Support has been super responsive. Numerous emails a day with ideas to track down my issue. So many that I can barely keep up with their requests. We are still working on the issue, but their response deserves 5 stars alone!
