The watch is great and delivered in good time. However, for some reason the 15% first order discount wasn’t applied and it was impossible to get through to someone to get it sorted. A robot AI just said sorry, not possible.

I ordered a men's Jacquemus T-shirt as a gift and found the website through Google Ads. It had the best price compared to the other results, with the widest selection of sizes. I chose priority delivery because I needed it right away, and it arrived from Newcastle, England, to Greece in less than 24 hours, with shipping costing just under 20€. Congratulations on their professionalism and attention to detail when handling orders. I highly recommend it and would choose it again and again!

Deceitful company
Deceitful company. Does not inform customers that tax or duty is not covered in the prices we have already paid for, and when shipping fees are supposedly FREE. Will never purchase from END ever again. Please just buy from a local store or a more honest company.

Parking those information under a separate page that customers have to (1) realise this is something they should look out for (because END does not transparently and more visibly display this information), and (2) navigate to the page to find out what they most likely wouldn’t have thought of to be careful about… seems like a dishonest way to hide an unappealing T&C hoping that it doesn’t get noticed. I’m sure this is not the first time it has happened. If END. cares about the customer experience, where are better and user-friendly safeguards?

No follow up emails or information after order was placed, including only reason i made the order was to get two pieces as shipping for just one hat was too much. Then the second item a shirt was not fulfilled - basically overpaid for a hat that i would have not otherwise purchasd.

Excellent customer service and a generous resolution
I had a very positive experience with END. I received a 15% welcome discount after signing up, but my first payment failed because my card was set to block payments in Korean won. Unfortunately, the code was no longer usable after that attempt.
When I contacted customer service, they assured me that I could place the order and receive a refund for the discount afterwards. I went ahead with the order, and the item arrived safely. I was especially pleased to find it at END., as it is currently unavailable in Korea.
When I followed up about the promised refund, they refunded the full shipping charge of KRW 39,000, which was more than the original 15% discount would have been. I really appreciated this generous gesture and the way they resolved the issue.
Thank you to the END. team for your help. I am very happy with the experience and would gladly shop with you again.
