I ordered shoes, grey color, as provided in listing. Next day I received mail that my order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. I contacted support and I was told that I have to make new order if I want and previous order’s money will be returned. So, I did order new shoes, again with attached pictures of the same model but brown color.

Finally I received two same color shoes. They don’t inform me that my first order was active again. They push me to make new purchase. Also the pictures provided with listing according which I made second order, did not match with real Item design ( color ).

After that I am in endless mailing to somehow solve this issue but they very politely just ignoring my request. Meanwhile I explained all the details few times and ask for some solution to be offered by them.

First time purchase...simple order placement, very prompt delivery (although a little expensive at £10 for one T shirt), packaging beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I bought shoes for my holiday !i was sent the wrong shoes to start with and only one shoe cane .i am on holiday at the minute and ive had to buy new shoes . I am saddend i will not be purchases from yous again and i have sent all pictures and details that you need and i still have and a refund credit not or anything.

You have beautiful things, sometimes ones that aren’t in other stores

I had a great experience with Farfetch. My product was taking a long time to ship and they looked into it for me and a few days later I had my new shoes! Customer service was helpful and timely and my shoes are great!

The store mixed up my order and sent me the wrong T-shirt. I didn’t want to spend time sorting it out over $60.

Excellent Service and super efficient. In case something must be returned they are also super fast with the refund. The products are always how they described them. Very satisfied
