Hello. I am Rachel, owner of Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC. A woman owned and operated company. This is our fifth year in operation (2025). Serving families coast to coast. We understand how stressful sending your fur-baby off with a stranger can be. I am available before, during, and after your transport. We have done over 2000 transports and over 900 transports off this platform alone. We are dependable, love animals, and safety first. We have grown to have a reliable team of quality drivers all over the country. All of my drivers are either family, friends of family, or referred by close friends. Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. All our drivers are background checked by CheckR. If and when we have a driver that is not 5-star worthy, we no longer will use that driver. We pride ourselves with meeting your needs and time schedules. Our goal is to help your pet get safely to his/her destination with the least amount of stress. Also, to help you, as the pet owner, to have a peace of mind while your pet goes on a mini vacation. We share GPS tracking during the trip. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures. We offer VIP private pet delivery. Your pet will be spoiled and will get extra attention. We are nationwide, with drivers always traveling across country. We are registered with USDA; Class H, Certificate under Rachel Cary. Your pet is fully insured while under our care via Lloyd's London. Having multiple drivers means we never cancel, as we can send another driver, if one gets delayed.

Great experience - dogs loved her.
Rachel is very professional as well as being very personable. The dogs love her and it's obvious she loves dogs as well. Our dogs are always delivered cross country in perfect shape and spirit. The pictures Rachel
texts at every stop are very reassuring along with the tracker that lets us know where she is on her trip at every moment. The text box only allows for one date so I will enter the start date of our last trip down below, but we have had three previous round trips cross country with Rachel and they were all great.

Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish. They picked up our puppy and provided outstanding communication throughout the entire trip. We received frequent updates, photos, and status reports, which gave us complete peace of mind. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and responsive, and our puppy arrived safely right at our front door. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet transportation.

They were amazing
They were amazing! We had a very bad situations for my son’s pups. He is deployed and I needed to get his dogs on very short notice away from an abusive situation. Rachel immediately jumped on getting these 2 little dogs safe and Bill picked them up all the way down in El Paso and drove them to Cleveland! They arrived happy and healthy. Our family couldn’t thank them enough for everything!

Door to Door pet transport
Door-to-Door Pet Delivery was an absolute blessing for our family. They were recommended by our vet here in Arkansas, and that gave us immediate peace of mind as we were gathering quotes to transport my aunt’s three cats from California.
They stepped in with a solution right away, arranged pickup quickly, and had the cats safely to Arkansas within just a couple of days. The daily photo updates from the driver were such a gift — we were able to show them to my aunt so she knew her little family was safe, healthy, and well cared for the entire trip.
We’re so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and the way they treated the cats like their own.

Scary stressed experience
Our cat was picked up for a direct drive to our home as the sole pet. Drive should have taken 6 1/2 to 7 hours. Should have arrived at 3:45 Driver delayed for about 5 hours one hour away from pick up with no communication regarding cause of delay. Cat delivered at 10:40 pm.
This caused a lot of stress. Supervisor told me she had an oil change and had to get gas?! We were worried cat was being taken. When she arrived she apologized but both the breeder and I were very unhappy and stressed out. Supervisor Rachel said we promised same day delivery and you got that. 13 hour trip should have been half that.
Only good thing was she was okay and finally safe and home.

You had booked a different company and they referred the job out to us. We were not told the drop off was as soon as possible. We were only told same day drop off. We did share GPS throughout the entire trip, so you had the location of your cat the entire trip. At Door To Door Pet Delivery we view safety of the pet over speed the priority.
At pickup, the breeder asked the transporter if she was going to steal the cat (very odd and she put those thoughts into your mind). We have done over 2000 transports and pride ourselves with creating a safe and caring environment for your pet. We take our time and stop often to make sure your cat was doing well. She arrived clean, safe, and healthy. She was not stressed and her wellbeing was number one. Driving in traffic from Southern California to Northern California, the timing can not be determined depending upon traffic.
