DogWatch Hidden Fences Reviews

We have been on dog watch for at least 15 years. I believe we were one of their first customers. One of the best purchases we have ever made. We have had at least 4 dogs on it. We have 2 dogs on it at present time. Fence covers at least 3 acres. We have had 2 breaks (moles broke it). Called them and they were out within 24 hours to find it and fix the fence.
One of the best products we have bought.

My dogs are safe again

My order was filled very quickly and the quality of the product was very good. Thanks

All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Process was super quick.

I needed a new collar, prongs and batteries for an existing e collar. All is still working well after almost 10 years, but a new dog required a larger collar, and a medium size prong. I appreciate being able to order a la carte as the electronic portion of the collar still works perfectly. The order was acknowledged, shipped, and arrived promptly in perfect, brand new condition. 10/10. Thank you.

The guys from Kriger fence are GREAT. they installed the fence in a very short time and went over all the details with us. They even started the dog training with our big poodle. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

DogFence are excellent. We have had the system for more than 10 years. When it broke recently, the team were excellent and I eventually needed a service visit to my home. Great job. I would recommend DogFence to anyone with a pet who likes to escape!

Very nice and accommodating folks, good communication and follow-up. Quality product reasonably priced.

Love working with Monica. Always helps us with everything we need.

DogWatch Hidden Fence addressed the problem with the dog collar. I appreciate their quick response.

Great product. Our dogs are happily roaming our farm. We love being able to let them play and trust they will never leave our property. This fence works great, and Kevin was a great guy to work with. He is one man show and takes pride in his work!

Excellent customer service over the past three years or so and a great product. Would highly recommend.

DogWatch Hidden Fences kept the explanations and the process simple. They were flexible enough to address any concerns we had prior to laying the wire. It was nice to work with a contractor who did a quality job in a low-key manner.

Very helpful with teaching me and the dog of how to make the system work

Very helpful and knowledgeable of system. Done in a timely manner. Works great.

These folks installed our fence around 4 yrs ago. They have given excellent service. Coming out when cable folks cut thru our wire, when we cut thru our wire and always give polite and timely service and advice. We have purchased additional receivers and multiple batteries and never had an issue.

We are moving south and had wire installed from another service that no where near offers the same level of customer service.

We want to thank them for all these years of excellent service and kindness.

I appreciate the free estimate and quick installation. Our fence was able to be installed the week after getting our estimate. Bob called the following week to check on how our dogs were adjusting and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Installation was just few days after I accepted the bid. Blake was on time and we thoughtfully walked through where to put the wire and transmitter. The work was done by midafternoon and then Blake walked through some training tips with my dog. My dog quickly understood the warnings and the flags. Seven days after the installation my dog can use our large - one half acre - unfenced yard in safety.

Dogwatch is fantastic. They help to train the animal. Help with maintenance, and are very available for help and maintenance.
