What happens if I run out of credits before the end of the month?
PDF generation simply stops until credits reset or you upgrade — no automatic overage charge, no surprise bill. Upgrading is instant and prorated, so new credits land the moment you hit pay and your workflow picks back up where it left off.
Are failed PDFs charged?
No. If a PDF fails to generate — broken template, invalid data, server error — the credit is refunded automatically. You only pay for PDFs that come back successfully.
Does a 50-page PDF cost the same as a 1-page PDF?
Yes. 1 PDF = 1 credit, regardless of page count — the same goes for images via the Image Generation API. The only constraint is the max pages per PDF on your plan (50 on Free, up to 500 on Business) — see the comparison table above for the exact limits.
Can my whole team share one plan, or does each member need a seat?
Your whole team shares one plan. Starter includes 3 members, Pro 10, Business 25, Enterprise unlimited. Everyone draws from the same monthly credit pool — no per-seat charge. Every plan includes the full template editor and PDF Generation API.
Do you charge VAT for EU companies, and can I add a VAT number?
Yes. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country, and you can enter your company VAT number to apply the EU reverse-charge mechanism (B2B). Stripe handles the calculation and issues compliant invoices automatically.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you consistently use less than your plan, downgrade from the dashboard; if you keep hitting the cap, upgrade. Any plan change takes effect immediately, and you can reach us if you need a custom volume.
