Efter sex veckors skolgång är min son och hans skolkamrater kroniskt sena till och från skolan. Företaget Samtrans bryr sig inte om den skada de orsakar familjer, skattebetalare och de skolor som drabbas negativt. Hur kan de inneha ett monopolavtal om skolskjuts med Danderyds kommun – ett avtal de uppenbart missbrukar för att tjäna pengar utan att utföra de tjänster som krävs? Tyvärr är det barnen som drabbas av denna skamliga bluff, och enligt min mening är Samtrans AB kriminellt inkompetenta.

Terrible! Customer service has ghosted me for a week after selling me a broken product. They sold me a profoto flash which was in so called "excellent condition" which was in fact discoloured, had audible defects to the zoom, and literally exploded upon the very first use. After politely trying for a week to get through to customer service they have not provided any meaningful dialogue and are completely ignoring me. I am still stuck with this broken garbage and they have not honoured their guarantee.

Its pretty obvious at this point that there was a simple manufacturing error in the wiring of a large number of the batteries for the Lifebikes, but it would be too costly to demand a total recall, so they offer out battery powered lamps as a patch up to the people who got bad ones. What I am saying its that you if you do stuff like this you have to be up front about it with the consumer. Furthermore you try to make me believe that the battery wasn’t supposed to work with the lamp (despite clear wiring, plugs and contacts). Why would any engineer/designer with half a brain choose to make this not work on purpose? Please explain two me how this nonfunctioning dedicated connection was purposely built as a dysfunctional feature?

Tell your customers up front that there is a design flaw before they give you their money. Don’t give us the runaround. Be honest.

The shipment arrived late and they forgot to send half of my order... Totally screwed up the shipping numbers led to me wasting hours with postnord and Byghemma's customer service. Package tracking showed my order had shipped in full but only one box out of two arrived. Took several days to figure out who screwed up but apparently they admit it was Bygghemma's warehouse. After realising the mistake without any apology they suggested that I personally drive to the warehouse to pick it up. Seriously? Not ok.
