Same Rentals, Better Prices
I happened upon Savvy while searching for vacation rental websites. They had the same rental listings as Airbnb and Vrbo, but hundreds cheaper for a week stay. Very simple booking process as well.

Savvy responded to me and gave me a few…
Savvy responded to me and gave me a few suggestions that help bring up a lot more traditional B&B's. They suggested I go wide open, all U.S., not just a specific state and to also leave my timeframe wide open as B&B's don't maintain their availability sites and if you call, they quite often will have openings. Trying these tips brought up a lot of listings to sort through.

The booking was easy but I did not hear…back from the management company for confirmation.
The booking was easy but I did not hear back from the property manager that the reservation was confirmed. Savvy says it’s not official until I get that. After I didn’t receive it on 24 hrs I called the property manager & she said she never heard of SAVVY. Just when I thought I’d been scammed I gave her the code & she had my info. Yikes! She was very suspicious in the beginning & not very friendly. I wish there was better communication between these parties.

Had a call of Melissa and must say she was very professional and made me feel very relaxed .applying for a loan can be very scary and daunting can cause you stress, but melissa made me relaxed. Spoke very well and kind and went through exactly what things was and what the payments would be ,confirmed everything and went through everything . Amazing and didn't take long at all.thanks again
