I’ve shipped a car cross country several times with Mercury and they have had excellent communication from start to finish. My rep, Eric La Gra went above and beyond answering questions at all hours.

I just received shipment of my vehicle two days ago(end of September 2026). Mercury Agent, Scott Hawley, was excellent to work with. Mercury came in around mid way of all of the bids I had received, but with all of the other auto transport businesses I kept reading mixed reviews. Some people saying yay other people saying run the other way.

I hadn’t worked with Mercury yet, but I checked Better Business Bureau and they had an A+ so I figured they had to be trustworthy. Scott was not able to get my car onto a transport vehicle for the price we had both hoped for. I used their “standby“ process to try to get the least expensive I could. But with the situation at the gas tanks and everything else depending on diesel for shipping, prices exploded.

Scott did not call me to tell me I needed to raise my price. He was willing to wait because he thought it would come through. I I’m already in the location where the car was to be delivered and was pinging for Storage so I decided to see what we could do if we up the price. Scott had a driver ready to go. It was 1/3 more than our original and according to Scott 2/3 more than things would’ve cost last summer without the economic disaster. So I went for it.

The actual driver, Vic, was absolutely fantastic. It was storming where the pick up occurred and he was very kind and accommodating toward my daughter, who was there as the pick up person. The car arrived three days later in great shape. Vic contacted me to make sure I was home unloaded the car and pulled her into the driveway here.

I can’t in good conscience recommend people shipping their automobiles right now because of the gas prices but if you have to do it, use Mercury. You pay nothing upfront, zero. When it looked like my pick up might not be able to take place, Scott was happy to reschedule. Not cancel and then charge more but actually just reschedule.

Scott and Vic both have boatloads of integrity, patience and work ethic. Mercury is lucky to have them. I feel lucky that they came up in my search.

I worked with Mark Anthony and he was very upfront about the process as well as realistic about the pricing. He allowed me to set the bid price which ended up being a little low. He explained the ins and outs of the process and when things would happen. I appreciated the transparency and solid communication. The assigned drivers communication was awesome. The pickup went flawless and we didn’t have to wait around all day. He let us know where he was on the road every step of the way and when the delivery would occur. I would highly recommend Mercury and Mark Anthony.

Erica Hudson was outstanding. I have shipped cars a number of times with other carriers but I am so glad I found Mercury and Erica. When I say this was the fastest, easiest and most professional car shipping service I've ever seen, I mean that whole heartedly. I was working with another company based out of New York for 3 days and they had great reviews, but the actual price was 3x the quote and numerous lies! I contacted Mercury and Danielle was actually in Georgia close to the car being shipped and she was fantastic. The whole process took an hour and the car was picked up on a Friday evening from Georgia and shipped to Las Vegas. The car arrived in perfect condition on Monday at noon! Sergii was the drive and he was fantastic! Don’t look anywhere else!

The price was in line with what everybody else was charging but they could not promise me a shipping date. Lawrence checked with me every step of the way.
