I booked shipping of my 2021 Lincoln Aviator Touring from Puyallup WA to Palmer Alaska. Was quoted and agreed to pay $3400 and authorized a$400 deposit. When SONIC realized that it could not go up by ship due to being a hybrid, they raised the price to $5400, and at that price I would drive it up myself, So now the claim BREACH OF CONTRACT, and want another $200 to cancel out, If I agreed to that I would be out $600, and still have no shipper, Classic "bait and switch" So what would you do in my place?. They just advised "The cost may change". That's the reason people do not trust auto shippers.

This is a scam company; they offered to ship my car from Texas to North Carolina for merely $760, about $200 lower than what most competitors were offering. While signing the paperwork for the transport, the Supervisor told me that the pickup driver would come to my house and that he will confirm with me about the driver's arrival time a day before the scheduled pickup date.

Turns out that the and the Supervisor did not call me prior to the scheduled pickup date, and on that date, the driver did not show up even at 5 pm. When I spoke to the Supervisor about this, he told me that the driver doesn't work for Sonic Auto but for some 'association,' and since my quote was low, he prioritized pickups for higher paying customers over my pickup. Now, if I wanted to get my car shipped today, I will need to pay an extra $340 to get it shipped with another driver who is an hour away from my home. I had no choice but to agree to this rip off, since I could not delay the car's shipment. And turns out that this driver was unable to come to my house, since his truck was too large to drive through my neighborhood. So, I end up meeting him at 4 hours later, at a nearby Walmart.

The Supervisor made it seem that a driver is guaranteed to pick up my car on my scheduled pick-up date, but he was lying. I ended up paying a price higher than the majority of what the other transportation companies were asking for.

Stay away from this company, especially if they are offering quotes way lower than competitors. With the unfamiliar, never go with the cheapest option; this is the hard lesson I've learned.

I booked my car transport through Sonic -Auto Transport. I had previously booked it through another company and they were horrible. Mike the dispatcher at Sonic was incredibly helpful and very professional. His communication through out the process was excellent and he went above and beyond. They were also very honest and accurate with their quote/rate.

Another outstanding experience with Sonic Transportation! These folks are absolutely fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about their service.

I worked directly with Grace, who was terrific from start to finish. She was incredibly communicative, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was tracked and mapped so we always knew where our vehicle was. Best of all, our car arrived ahead of schedule!

Sonic makes what could be a stressful process incredibly easy. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are second to none. I'll absolutely continue using them for all my vehicle transportation needs. The convenience and peace of mind are worth it.

Did a fast job at locating a transporter for my vehicle at an economical price. Just make sure pick up address is 100 percent correct.

Henry William was our rep when we called for a bid. He was very professional and kept us in the loop constantly with the transport of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered a day earlier than anticipated. The driver for Glen Trucks was Orlov Igor. He was a perfect gentleman and delivered it perfectly. Kyrie was excellent! I vetted over 100 different companies including ratings, BBB, and reviews that spoke highly of this gentleman and my experience was the same. He was very honest and explained that the price for the transport can change based on the driver, mileage and cost of gas which made absolute sense especially in this economy! I had received quotes over $4000 but was able to pay under $2000 moving from California to Massachusetts 3000 miles away which was an excellent price!! I received SAME DAY PICK UP with no additional fees! My car was delivered as promised without any incidents. I will certainly use Sonic again when transporting my vehicles.
