Signed up with this company on Saturday of last week for a one hour server in New York City. Nothing happened on Saturday, nothing happened on Sunday. On Monday I received a notification that more information was needed to verify my business. I sent everything over. I was finally verified at 4 PM. No server was set up on Monday, and I canceled on Monday. I have opened four trouble tickets in their backend system, and or four trouble tickets have been replied to. The server was brought online, and now I’m being told that I have three years left in my term. I have never logged into my server. I have called five times today, I have been the only Kohler in the queue, and I have been hung up on all the times that I’ve called. I’ll be calling my credit card company today to dispute the charges. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely not recommending. Their customer service is catastrophic. I was surprised when I discovered them to see they weren't so reknowned, but then I understood why. It's just pure scam, not trustable. Impossible to use their cloud service.

I was excited about using Leaseweb VPS solution. My research shows that their value delivery is very promising.
Unfortunately hey rejected my kyc without any explanation, after providing all the needed documents. I don't know if its because I'm a Nigerian Startup.
They didn't specify or clarify on what I lacked or needed to do to meet up thier kyc standard. That was very frustrating as I already built a business model around thier infrastructure only to be disappointed at the point of implementation.

Poor DDoS prevention...
Our services are hosted in their SYD-12 data center, where a persistent DDoS attack has been ongoing for a month. Unfortunately, they have yet to find a solution to mitigate the attack. This incident is not an isolated occurrence; it happens occasionally. Given our high workload, it is not feasible to migrate to another provider. Therefore, I strongly advise against recommending Leaseweb to anyone.

I have been renting dedicated servers…
I have been renting dedicated servers for years, and have my better experience with OVH, but recently i acquired 1 dedicated server with GPU in leaseweb, and the next month another. To be honest the process has been very satisfactory specially for the atention of Aristotelis Bakos. I think i can create a very good business relationship with leaseweb thanks to him and will continue expanding our infrastructure of LLM models.

Please DO NOT proceed with leaseweb, its been more than a week, and issue is still there, we raised a ticket to deactivate the cPanel at one of our VPS, it supposed to show an option when reinstalling or installing OS in the VPS, but it never gave us that option, when i raised ticket, every ticket says, our sales team will sort this out as soon as possible, and its been a week now, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND LEASEWEB AT ALL DUE TO REDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
